Started to develop carpel tunnel and was affecting my gaming and computer design work. Looked around a lot and ended up getting this over the very expensive logitech. After about 6 months of use I'm very satisfied with this mouse, but its not without its faults. The good: -Extreamly light weight, thanks to the rechargeable lithium battery. This is an extreamly important factor. The heavier the mouse, the more strain it puts on your wrist. This weighs like nothing and I like I don't have to think about replacing batteries. -Glides smoothly with little resistance. Also important to minimize wrist strain. >Ergonomic feel, and buttons all feel great. Took a little getting used to, but it feels good in the hand. Still sometimes miss put my thumb though. All the buttons work with no issue or miss clicks. The bad: -The highest dpi setting is lack luster compared to my logitech gaming mouse. The lowest setting is very low and I never use it. In fairness that's a pretty niche complaint. -The usb signal can get sketchy. When originally plugged into the front of my computer, about 4-5 feet away from my mouse there was a noticeable delay and lag; especially gaming. However when I plugged the USB dongle into my keyboard, there was zero lag. Also the usb slot to hold the dongle under the mouse is a joke. Doesn't hold it in place at all, so isn't somthing I could use with a laptop on the go without fear of losing it; it would need to remain in the computer. Overall though I would recommend this mouse. Since I've been using it my carpel tunnel symptoms have subsided. Doing all the other things for it like mouse/keyboard cushions, and wrist compression helped, but getting this mouse was the key. I wouldn't be able to use the computer without it. Please make a gaming version of this mouse, since a lot on the ergo market for those break often.

This is the best ergonomic mouse that I've tried so far. It fits perfectly for my hand which are a little larger than average. And it keeps my shoulder and wrist in the correct positions. I've had this mouse for about a year now and brought it back and forth from work to home and it still works great. And it's rechargeable saving a little for the planet and the pockets. Great value and well made product!

Update: The seller reached to me and we have resolved the issue. I am updating my review based on the recent communication and resolution of the matter. The seller was pleasant to talk to and offered multiple resolution options. I would recommend this seller for future purchase. I bought this mouse about 4months ago and it started out as a really nice mouse that I enjoyed using. But starting about 2 weeks ago, my scroll wheel stopped working so I reached out to iClever directly as my return window had closed. I have not received an email response or any communication from iClever regarding this matter. I have had other brand mice that last for at minimum 1 year, so for the iClever mouse scroll wheel to stop working is a product/brand (iClever) issue and they don't seem to care about their customers. If you choose to buy this mouse, keep in mind you might be having to replace in 4 months because iClever will not communicate to try and resolve any issue

I have been using a vertical mouse for years. I’ve tried a few different brands and all are pretty good at eliminated the pain in my wrist. This one though has proven to be the most accurate when it comes to positioning the pointer on screen and registering double clicks. It looks and feels well-made and is rechargeable. I’ll add an update once I’ve had a bit longer.

Overall like the mouse. Size, shape, and angle are great. It was my first vertical mouse so there was a little bit of a learning curve/acclimation period. After a few months, the scroll wheel became overly sensitive then to useless. Scrolling just jitters the screen and you may or may not go the direction you were scrolling. It gets annoying when trying to work. I now have to click the wheel or actually use a scroll bar. I'm gonna get a different one soon, but it was great while it lasted.

The only thing that annoys me sometimes is that the buttons are extremely sensitive, so I find myself accidentally clicking something when I don't mean to. Other than that, it works well for what I need.
