Nice material, slight stretch, overall a good skirt - just a bit off with the sizing, in my opinion. Generally in women's clothing I am an extra-small to small because I am 5'1 and petite size. However, I'm not extremely thin and a lot of my weight hangs out in my midsection. Therefore, this skirt felt a tad suffocating. if you're in between sizes, I'd say go up in size. Besides that, the skirt does not appear to be see through in my ultra bright room and has a good thickness to it. I'd recommend it with caution for sizing. ... show more

This is a stretchy material that's a bit darker blue than the photo shows, but otherwise the photo is accurate as to the fit. It's a very soft blended material and the stitching seems nice and the quality is pretty good as well. I normally wear a medium. There was no size chart so I ordered a medium anyway. Medium fits me fine. For reference, I measured the waist as 15 inches across and it will stretch another two to three inches to 17 or 18 inches. The navy color is as pictured. The skirt is made of a really nice heavier stretchy fabric that is soft and gives with your moves. The elastic waistband is taller and for me it stays in place without rolling over.
