Although Icebreaker has a higher price point (compared to Smart W**l for example), I am slowly converting to Icebreaker. My used-to-be favorite brand (SW) quality has gone way down in durability and craftsmanship (lots of returns now w/SW). I haven't had to return any Icebreaker products regarding quality. SIZING: I like the other brand (SW) because an XL for example is less body-snugging. Icebreaker's XL fits more narrow, longer in arms and torso. Reference: 5'1", 165 pounds, 63 years old. At my age I do have a some mommy tum-tum so the Icebreaker brand is snugger around my tummy than I'd like; however it's fine with me because quality and longevity and no returns are all worth a bit tighter fit. I have an older Icebreaker 260 and love it so much I wanted another. This is so so comfortable. I live in an area that gets frigid in the winter, and use this as a sweater at times and a base layer at other times. Either way it is pefect!

I noticed that my under layers were all old so replaced with these great Icebreaker base layers. I'm in love, very soft, warm but not bulky. Very well made and with Merino, you will always be toasty. Good buy!
