I say undershirt because it's too transparent to be worn by itself. Also, the off-white color might show through if you wear it under a cheap or thin dress shirt. This is my favorite shirt so far. I've been into merino for a few years now, this is exactly what I was looking for in an everyday short sleeve. It does have lines down the side to keep it tucked in but I don't mind it. It won't be scratchy if you take proper care of it, not sure what happened there unless they just ignored basic merino care and threw it in the dryer. ... show more

If you like Merino Wool and need a no show undershirt that stays tucked in.... This is a good buy. I'd already recommend Icebreaker first for Merino Wool as it is, but I can also say I recommend this specific shirt from Icebreaker. I find their garments are mildly itchy out of the packaging, but after a single wash they're much more tolerable. I'd say I have semi-sensitive skin. ... show more

Bought two on sale, and just ordered two more. Wool is really good at resisting odors, so they rarely need to be washed - I just hang them up overnight to air out, and rotate between pairs. Two notes: the fabric is extremely thin and somewhat see-through. Really meant to go under something, not to be worn by itself. Also, despite the name "snow," the fabric is not bright white. I'm a fairly slim, athletic male, looking for a form-fitting merino wool v-neck. I scoured the internet and there are only a few options, and of those options this is the only one I found that has a slim fit. I know the market is there for a well-cut, form-fitting merino wool v-neck for men. A classic black v-neck goes well with just about anything. This shirt is great. I used two of them interchangeably over a two week period in Iceland and only washed them once. My only gripe would be the length of the v-neck. It's fairly deeper than my other v-necks. If Icebreaker released a newer version, with a more shallow v-neck, I would buy 20 of them right now (not kidding). I'll make do with the two I have now. I'd recommend them. Cheers. ... show more

Good quality, although runs a bit small; I normally wear a medium, but had to go to large. The biggest issue is the color. It's says "snow", but it's not even close to white. Maybe yellow snow, or like the color of very old dry hay.

This is a good quality shirt. It’s slim cut with a very low cut neck. If your goal is to have an invisible under shirt... here you go. 6’ 160lbs. Size medium I returned the mediums and got a large. It’s fitted so the large is a great mix of fit under another shirt or casual by itself.

Merino Wool, in a VNeck, is the perfect start for the day. In the NorthWest where it is cold and rainy for months this shirt has been the perfect base layer. The V neck allows me to slide it on under a dress shirt for work or a t-shirt on a 45 degree day. Shirt keeps me warm and dry. I have 3 but only one V neck. I Need another. The wool does not itch and can easy be worn 4 days in a row without odor. It is a staple. Buy 2 you got to wash it sometime! ... show more
