I got this one for traveling as i have made doing ice plunges a habit in my routine. It is lightweight and easy to fold into the back of my car. It is easy to wipe clean and the drain made it where you don’t have to dump all the water/ ice at once. This is a very user friendly, affordable ice bath.

I have been using my cold plunge since Nov. It's Jan 2nd and I can say this has changed my life for the better. I live in the Midwest, so thankfully it's been cold enough where the air temp has kept the water cold. In the summer, we will have to find an alternative. And being in the Midwest, the plunge has held up great. So far it's been through snow, freezing rain and many windy days. The double lining keeps the plunge insulated and I do think it helps withstand the weather. The plunge has a great cover for the top, so we haven't had any problems with debris getting into it. Also, the spicket to drain the plunge has been very helpful. It comes with an attachment to extend the drainage hole, so now we can put our plunge in a spot to avoid the wind but use the attachment to reach the drain in our back patio. I really do find this to be an affordable, yet top of the line quality for a cold plunge. If you're questioning it, I would highly recommend! It has lasted this long in harsh winter weathers, so it's great equality!

I am not about to do a cold plunge in December, so I will have to get back to you on that. This is nicer and bigger than the one I already had. Seems put together well and has a carry bag. It also has an outside cover. It came with extra pieces for the bottoms of the legs, which is good because I couldn't find one already. It has two different patches for if it gets a hole, too. There is a pink pillow-type thing for hot or frozen? The spout seems okay, and the pump works all right, but mine was a regular one where you put in the air, so that was a little difficult. Everything was simple enough, and it was easy to put together. I will let you know when I do the plunge in the spring. It seems worth the cost.

The Ice Bath Tub was pretty easy to setup. It came with a small patch if needed. It was easy to climb into from someone that was 5’7”. Someone that was 6’4” said they would easily would fit in it but did not want to get wet. I picked this ice tub to order because seemed big enough for someone 6’4”. Consider a towel on a chair next to the ice tub to make sure it is clean and dry when you are done with your ice bath. The Tub seems a nice large size. The drain tube can be pulled to make it much longer and to put a bend in it. The sides are not as smooth in the images the seller provides; the pictures people post with reviews look like it. Make sure you use outside, maybe a garage if your garage drains well to the outside, and does puddle in the garage. In the package was the ice tub, support poles, outer cover, and inner cover (that rests on the water surface), a hot water “bottle”, hand pump (for inflating the rim of the tub), vinyl patch, drain tube (so the water will puddle a little farther away from the tub), a drain value and a couple of extra pole caps. The instructions seems to be for a different unit, but it was pretty easy to setup without them.

With ice baths being all the rage I found myself convinced to try it out. I have to say it is definitely exhilarating. If you enjoy ice baths and are looking for a convenient solution to use at home, I highly recommend this one. Thankfully this ice bath doesn't eat up a bunch of space is easily stored away and is also a great way to keep a keg on ice for parties. Set up only took a minute with the included hand pump inflator, and the drain hose makes emptying it out when your done easy. Clean up is straightforward, so is storing it away. Just wipe it dry, deflate the rings, remove the support rods and fold it up. I look forward to using it more.

This ice bath tub shipped with the wrong assembly instructions - indicating that there were six (6) support posts and a post/elastic ring that needed to be assembled whereas the actual item has eight (8) support posts and the upper lip is supported by a ring that you inflate to provide structure. Having said that, assembly is so intuitive that you don't really need instructions, but it would be more reassuring to receive support documentation that matches the item ordered. Once we had that bit of confusion figured out (I still don't know what the little elastic black o-ring thingies are for) getting the tub set up was very quick and easy. We've (a/k/a my partner) done one cold plunge test so far and the tub held the water with no leaks. The insulated lid also has an inflatable element to keep it on top of the water - we've found it's best to keep everything well inflated to ensure that the lid fits well (at one point it sort of drooped down enough to sink a bit under the water). We opted for this particular model because of the secondary debris cover, which fits well over the tub and insulated lid. This tub feels sturdy *enough* though the way we plan to use it (leaving it in the backyard with the occasional water refresh, but keeping it filled for the most part) it's difficult to say if this will last beyond a year or two of use. I think this is a great "starter" tub for those of you curious about exploring cold plunges (like my partner). It's pretty basic with a few extra touches (the insulated cover plus the debris cover, the sturdy stainless steel support pillars, extra cushiony lip + water pillow) that make it slightly less (intentionally) torturous.
