I was really impressed after being initially skeptical. First off, the unit is well constructed and feels very durable, which was my first initial concern. Very impressed with the quality of materials. It also holds temp very well and even remained close to temp after 10 hours when sealed. It's a bit small for a true "plunge" bath (I'm 6'1") but I bet if you were less tall it would be fine, and it reaches plenty enough for me to submerge what I need.

As far as a Portable Ice Bath goes this works pretty well, we haven't had any issues with using or emptying it etc. The problem we have is more related to being portable. After using it a few times we realized we really needed something with solid walls so that when we empty it, we can leave it in place and leave the drain open to keep water from building up but with this we have to bring it in, let it dry and then store it or get it back out when we're ready to use again... That being said, it's clearly more of an issue with the portable vs installed aspect of the bath that doesn't work well for our situation.

Easy to set up and does not take long to inflate at all. My husband wanted one of these to relax in. He does not use ice, but because it does not take much water to fill and has a drain at the bottom, this is convenient. It comes with a nice little cover. He plunges during and after yard work so he does not bring all of the itchy stuff in before he hits the indoor shower so he does not dirty up the bathroom. Great way to cool off in the heat when doing yard work. I am glad he has this little plunge-tub because he really enjoys it and it is not adding a significant amount to our water bill like filling up a whole pool that would waste so much more water. Our yard is huge, but you could easily fit this small tub on a patio or in a small yard. He put some palettes and an outdoor hot-tub mat under it to keep it cleaner and make a non-slip platform for it.

This was super easy to put together. I use it for a hot tub not an ice tub. It’s easy to fill up. It’s easy to drain. Easy to clean out have not had any issues with leaks. Keep it from getting into it. Keep it cleaner. I’ve already recommended this to two family members With the ease of getting in and out and the therapeutic qualities either hot or ice. Great value for your money.

This tub is very large and was easy to put together and use. Once assembled, just fill it with water and dump some ice into it and the tub will keep it cold, even overnight in warm California. The material is very thick and feels well made. It is very effective and has not leaked on me despite daily use every morning.

I got this because it says it's for people up to 6'7" and I'm 6'5". You might as well sit in asteel drum. It's a small round plastic tub that you have to sit cross legged in and it's not very stable. The sides give and take a lot when you move. You can't even get up to your nipples if you are tall like me. It needs to be long like a horse trough so you can stretch your legs out and lay back in to completely plunge your body.

It's not difficult to put together, though a little tedious. The metal poles are easily assembled, I had difficulty starting them through the insertion holes of the tub. Well I found it a little annoying, the tightness probably helps keep them from sliding out; a possibility since the polls are inserted from the bottom. Speaking of the pools, they are kept on both ends with plastic pieces. This is one of my biggest problems. The tub body is plastic and while it seems fairly sturdy shouldn't be subjected to pokey things. The plastic end caps for the support poles are not refined, have sharp edges, scratch me. This would lead to wear on the tub and probably eventually holes. Pretty much every end cap was a sharp or scratchy. Assembly did not take too long. I used a different inflator than the provided pump. I know, I know. I should pay more attention to the size of things on the product page. For an extra large tub, this seems very small. I'm 5'1 and could sit on the bottom. It's hard for me to envision someone with longer legs and a taller torso being well submerged. The materials are thick and it seems to be well insulated. Not inflated, it folds up reasonably small, and is easy to transport. Obviously, takes up more room when inflated. **I would like to know, although it's made for cold, what hot temperature it can withstand. For those days when I feel like soaking in a hot tub, rather than polar plunging.
