Looks great, functions well, was easy to build, and is sturdy. We bought this because we simply had too much stuff at our apartment and my fiancé wanted something to rest her plants on by the window. This worked great for that. Now that we own a home and have more room we don't keep anything on it but plants but when we were in the apartment we had stuff on every shelf and I didn't notice any wear and tear on the shelf or with it sagging. Made it to our new house and up the stairs with no issues. Its pretty lightweight for furniture which is good for moving around. But its not so lightweight that it will fall apart or be easily moved around by bumping into it. I haven't had any scratches so far, it fits our space well, and I like the color of it. I had no issues with shipping or making it. Its a great value for money and I don't regret buying it at all. It didn't take long to built nor was it difficult to do.

This bookshelf was exactly what I was looking for to carry all of the movies for my home theater. Its design matches that of the other furniture in the room and I like how stylish it is. Assembly was also very easy, with it taking no longer than an hour. The instructions were easy to follow and everything fit nicely, which resulted in a very sturdy piece of furniture. The only difficulty that arose was that this bookshelf initially arrived damaged, with two of the shelves exhibiting some form of damage (one shelf had a pair of cracks, the other had a sizeable puncture hole). I contacted the vendor about this and they were very quick in resolving the matter. As a result, the replacement boards were perfect and everything looks great now. Between the bookshelf itself and the ease of working with the vendor, this was a overall a very positive purchase.

Good looking shelves, nice height between them for most hardback books, and they are sturdy with no observable wobbling if the the floor skids are seated correctly. No tools required for assembly other than rhe allen wrench included. Do read the directions carefully before starting! If you don't, it's easy to assemble some parts with the wrong bolts and to put the shelves together backwards do the crossbraces don't fit to the center shelf. I did both and spent as much time taking it back apart as I did putting it together. Luckily I was able to disassemble it without messing any parts up. If done correctly it should only take an hour or so to assemble. I'm happy with the finished product, but the assembly directions could use a little improvement.

In my life of more than three quarters of a century, I have purchased and put together many different furniture items. Here I was looking for a 24 inch tall bookcase that was 60 inches long. The actual measurements of this case after assembly are: 29 inches tall, 63 inches long, and 13 and 3/8 deep. That is close enough for me, as the case now sits in front of two large windows in my bedroom. The assembly directions are the customary exploded views with minimal printed words. It was easy to follow, and all parts fit together very well. A minor caution: it can be easy to put the long screws and long bolts in the wrong holes. Study the drawing closely and you will be OK. Most bookcases are much cheaper, and are junk compared to this metal framed case. This one looks good and is stronger than most people would need. Even the shelves are strong, and braced. A 5/32 allen wrench comes in the kit for assembly. There are a lot of screws holding this thing together, so if you use that wrench, it will take you all day for assembly. It is good that the company includes the wrench since not all people have tools, However, I throw the dang thing away and use a use a 3/8 drive socket that is a 5/32 allen wrench on the business end. It all goes together in no time that way. Yes, the price of this case is high, but it looks great, and will last a good long time.

The product was damaged in shipping. A hole was punched in one of the shelves. This is where the company really shined. When I told them of the issue, they responded immediately and came up with a positive solution. If only all companies would be this responsive and sensitive to the customers' needs. The shelves themselves look nice and are very sturdy. I'm very happy with my purchase. Again, kudos to the company for resolving an issue that wasn't their fault.
