These are, by far, the most addictive snack chips. Ever. Even more than sour cream and onion Pringle’s. Trust me, you won’t be able to have “just one.” One turns into five, which turns into a bowl, then… oops! All gone! The garlic flavor is not overpowering, and they aren’t too salty either. They are a good thickness and have a pleasing crunch and texture. They stay fresh in the container, but then again, they didn’t last long enough to go soft. I ordered a container of these Iberia garlic flavored plantain chips on February 29th, 2024 for $12.38. They were great tasting, so much so that my family was bugging me to order more and this time to order 2 or 3 more but when I was preparing my order, to my shock, the price had increased to $27.15; more than twice what I paid the first time so obviously, I was forced to order more plantain chips from another vendor. I just regret that they won't have the garlicky goodness; just flavored with salt. Iberia, if you want to continue selling your garlic flavored plantain chips, you better bring the price back down to make it affordable. If you do, I'll be happy to place another order. ... show more

Too salty, like highly salty to the point that you need to remove the salt from the chips. This is the only setback. The chips are crunchy fresh, the garlic flavor is light but present (pleasant), the presentation is perfect. If you like garlic and plantains, these are the chips you want-especially given the price for two! I've tried others, but these are the closest I'll ever get to "made like country".
