I originally purchased the two sensor set, but enjoyed it so much, upgraded to the four set. This is such a great device to have in your recovery toolkit. It's small but very effective. Both the two and four sets come with a handy charging cradle and each set comes with one band. Although I've owned mine for about a year now, I've never used the band. To be honest, I don't even know where I put it at this point. You also get a few adhesives and they sell more separately. Charging doesn't take a lot of time. I put it on at least two at a time, mostly on my lower back, but I've also used it on my forearms, thighs, calves, and foot after workouts and due to prior injuries and nerve damage. I always use it on the third setting (light + heat + pulsating massage) and I find that each device will give you two full cycles before the batteries die. The adhesives are very strong and will stay put all night through my tossing and turning, but comes off easily without damaging my skin or leaving any residue. The build quality is excellent. The compact size of these discs make them easy to travel with and wear under clothing when out and about and they stay in place until you remove them yourself. I've brought them with me on business trips as well as weekend getaways and they're always a good way to fall into a relaxing sleep. Honestly, even when I'm not in pain or discomfort, I still like to use them on my lower back to lull me asleep. It's nice dozing off to a warm gentle massage. I own several red light therapy devices, both for pain management and skincare, and these are my favorite. They're super easy to use, very convenient, and effective. They're pricier than a lot of other offerings, but well worth the money.

I got this device to help with the neck and back pain after a car accident. It's small, lightweight, and easy to control. Applying it genuinely brought relief to the pain. What I liked the most is its portability, making it convenient for use while driving or working. The device offers a combination of heat and vibration, or you can choose either one. The intensity is moderate but effective to ease muscle tension and feel relaxed. The adhesive patches included are straightforward to use, but I wish the wristband were more durable. I suggested the device to my husband, and he found it helpful too. If you're dealing with muscle pain, it’s definitely worth trying.

The charge life is awful. Perhaps my ailments were too advanced for the product. I will be continuing my visits to Physical Therapy, Acupuncture, and Pain Management. This is a toughy, because people who are in chronic pain will grasp on to the latest technology to manage it in house, without the use of prescription drugs, and possible relief from going to the Dr. I hoped for the best, but this wasn't it for me. Used exactly as directed.

So while I do feel a difference, it takes multiple uses over a similar area in order to feel a significant change. The heat is barely noticeable until at least halfway through a cycle but the vibration settings are good. The band isn't perfect and will absolutely pop off if you don't either really secure it or if you flex your muscle well it's going. Ultimately it does make a bit of a difference and that's all I really wanted, but it is not as life changing as it seemed to advertise.

So my orthopedic surgeon stated I was developing frozen shoulder in my right arm and it has been a problem since 2016 - I use various medical patches to help numb the pain and have had 2 steroid shots as well (which do help alleviate a lot of pain). However, on vacation, I did something which caused me to be in excruciating pain and I wanted to see if there were any other solutions - well, red laser came up in my search...It really helped alleviate the pain - I used it about 2 weeks religiously and then here and there - about 24 times (I know based on the sticky patches I purchased and what I had left.) After the pain went away, I stopped using it and my arm is acting up...but the device was dead. I contacted the seller and they are sending me a new one - so I have to say not only does the device work but the customer service is also excellent. It's expensive but if you went to the doctor or a holistic medicine person - this pays for itself after 2/3 uses. I'm really happy I found this.

I have a double level fusion L3/4 4/5 I researched these disk for a year plus, they work great! I use them up to three times daily. The thermal heat along with the message vibration helps repair tissue.

A wearable laser is a great concept but this product is more of a beta-product than one that's market ready. The laser works well but it's not wearable in that the holder is insecure and dumps out the expensive laser all the time, even when I'm sedentary, just typing or washing dishes. The elastic band is very fragile and has broken in 3 places in 6 weeks, despite gentle use. The sticky tape included leaves a gunky film on my skin/ clothes. The product may work if the manufacturer produced a secure holder or at lease included a pack of a dozen elastic bands in the box. The bands are totally disposable. Overall, impractical and poorly made. Not as well made as the stainless steel pen laser I have.
