I originally purchased the two sensor set, but enjoyed it so much, upgraded to the four set. This is such a great device to have in your recovery toolkit. It's small but very effective. Both the two and four sets come with a handy charging cradle and each set comes with one band. Although I've owned mine for about a year now, I've never used the band. To be honest, I don't even know where I put it at this point. You also get a few adhesives and they sell more separately. Charging doesn't take a lot of time. I put it on at least two at a time, mostly on my lower back, but I've also used it on my forearms, thighs, calves, and foot after workouts and due to prior injuries and nerve damage. I always use it on the third setting (light + heat + pulsating massage) and I find that each device will give you two full cycles before the batteries die. The adhesives are very strong and will stay put all night through my tossing and turning, but comes off easily without damaging my skin or leaving any residue. The build quality is excellent. The compact size of these discs make them easy to travel with and wear under clothing when out and about and they stay in place until you remove them yourself. I've brought them with me on business trips as well as weekend getaways and they're always a good way to fall into a relaxing sleep. Honestly, even when I'm not in pain or discomfort, I still like to use them on my lower back to lull me asleep. It's nice dozing off to a warm gentle massage. I own several red light therapy devices, both for pain management and skincare, and these are my favorite. They're super easy to use, very convenient, and effective. They're pricier than a lot of other offerings, but well worth the money.

I ordered this because I tore my meniscus and my doctor told me the benefits of cold laser therapy include increased blood flow which helps heal damaged tissue. I can't say definitively if that's the case for my meniscus but I have used this on my head for my frequent migraines and I actually think it's made a big difference with them. My biggest beef with this product is that they charge so much money for it and extras leave a lot to be desired. There's a flexible silicone type band that holds it but when it's not pressed against your body, the device falls out so easily. The band is also extremely short. I'm a teeny tiny person and even fastened as large as possible, it doesn't fit in places like around my (they show in the little information booklet that it should fit there, yeah right, maybe on a toddler). I'm also upset it didn't come with any kind of case to hold it. It's smaller than I expected and being as expensive as it was, I don't want to lose or drop it or damage it in my purse so I really think they should have included some type of case to put it in when travelling. The device cannot be charged while in the little band holder, it must be removed which again, I can set in on a table plugged in but it's SO easy to potentially have it fall off and get damaged. If I could charge it while it was in the band, at least it wouldn't fall off the table. One last thing I would recommend they include with this product is some type of cover such as a material band to go over it when in use. I've been using it on my knee but if I use it over top of where I have kinesiology tape, I can't use an adhesive. (My doctor confirmed that over tape or clothing, it's still 100% as affective as on bare skin.) If I can put it in the silicone band holder thing while using, I'm worried it might fall off or drop but if they provided a cover to go overtop, I wouldn't have to worry about it falling out of the flimsy silicone band. I also thing a cover is a good idea to protect eyes from the light. They're very specific in saying that looking at the lights directly can blind you & looking at it from the side already has made my eyes get little (temporary) blind spots in them. Overall I'm a fan of this as a biomedical device but I think they still need some improvements for make it more practical for daily use. I would recommend it to anyone who would be willing to take extra care to not let it get damaged.

I really like this product. But, I wish the charge last longer. I recently had cervical fusion and I added this to my recovery. I would definitely recommend the red light therapy if you had spinal surgery. Especially, when your muscles are so tight. Thanks for a great product. Just wish the message was a little stronger for those really rough days and the charge lasted longer. I otherwise, totally recommend. Thanks so much for a good overall product.

This is a good product for relieving localized pain or discomfort with it's combined laser, heat and vibration functions. I also enjoyed using it as a laser accupressure device. Unfortunately, however, it is not made to last. I first purchased two of the laser devices in November 2019. Within 2 weeks of using them, one of the devices would no longer turn on. I reached out to the company (which claims a full one year warranty) and they instructed me to return the device through Amazon. I did so and received two new laser devices. Roughly 8 weeks later one of the new laser devices no longer works. I again reached out to the company twice and they have ignored me. It really is a nice device, but is not worth anywhere near what they charge for it and it simply doesn't last. Edit: The company contacted me and was very apologetic for missing my emails and has offered to send two new units. They seem like good people and I will update this review further in the following weeks. Hopefully I just happened to get a number of somewhat defective devices and this is not a universal issue. The device certainly is convenient and effective.
