This phone seems to have a lot of good specs, especially for the price. However, there seem to be several strange things happening on the phone that I haven’t experienced on my previous Android phones. After several weeks of using it, here are some of my comments: 1. When you swipe up from the bottom of the home screen, you should be able to see the apps/shortcuts in alpha order or 3 dots on the top of the screen to sort them into that order. No way to put them in alpha order that I can find, and no source phone number to call for help on this phone or website. 2. When I make a phone call, the screen turns black, and my phone screen is no longer visible. Crazy, sure makes it hard to make calls and similar things seem to happen when I get phone calls- they are hard to answer for some reason? 3. The screen seems to blank out all the time, forcing me to reenter my PIN to get the screen back on even after I changed the screen time to 10 minutes. Fingerprints seem worthless at best. This drives me up a wall. 4. Not sure about the battery life, but I don’t think that advertised 7000mAh battery (if that's what it is) lasts much longer than my previous phone with about 5000. 5. That 6.99” screen might not be a real advantage since it has very square edges and is no larger than my 6.8”. 6. Some of the app/shortcuts aren’t the normal look and make it confusing to find. Chrome Web Browser for example, is shown on this phone as a White Globe with rings around it like Saturn with a blue background, instead of a circle with Red, Yellow Green segments on the outside with a small blue circle inside. Why? Oh, once you press and go to that shortcut, it does show the right Chrome shortcut?? 7: Customer support is minimal. You can call Amazon and get some minimal support, but you're not talking to customer support for the phone, and if Amazon can’t solve your issues, they will refer your issue to the manufacturer..Good luck with that. 8. The speaker is very weak. Even with the speaker on and full volume, it's hard to hear. Compared to my much older Motorola Cell its a lot worse. This alone is a deal breaker. What good is a cell phone if you can’t hear it. 9. Seems like I get a lot more advertisements on this phone, and it seems like whenever I open an app, several strange things happen, especially receiving and making phone calls that I can’t clarify further. The pen seems to be hit and miss when using it to press the keyboard keys. It's also strange, but they seem to list each color model with separate reviews instead of combining them, since the color doesn't matter. That's enough comments for now, I wish it didn’t have these issues, and I would consider testing the phone further, but the speaker issue is clearly a showstopper for me. BTW phone has been updated to the latest level at the time of the testing

This clone is as good as my Samsung fold 4 for most things. The only thing that I've found to be subpar are the speakers. I found several air bubbles on the screen protector. The download Internet speed is comparable, the call quality is good. Just great phone for the price.
