Dear Seller, Had this phone for a week. Impressive form, very readable screen. Poor sensitivity. I live in a low-signal area. The previous phone had only 2 - 3 bars. This one has one to none. I need to get out of the house to have one bar, if I can get it. My wife has 2-3 bars on her iPhone. I may have to install a signal booster (another $250). I was looking for a large screen. I am a doctor, and I often get patients' reports on the phone. A large screen helps greatly. Also, 5G was an attraction, as some of the files are quite large, and 5G helps in transfers. Important: battery lasts for about 10 - 12 hours. To have a charging cable in the pocket is a must if you are out of the office for a day. Another issue is that the phone doesn't accept fingerprints, and the pen is useless because the screen isn't sensitive enough for it - can't sign documents. Those two functions were essential for me, too. T-Mobile (my carrier) said that it may be a faulty phone, and a different copy may work well. Will see. Functionality: Poor, low sensitivity -- poor reception, fingerprint function does not work, pen function does not work, short battery life. Phone quality: Good form, poor function Phone heat: No heat Week later: spent time experimenting with setting. No difference. Got and installed a signal booster. More bars (3), but the quality of sound poor - callers are difficult to understand and vv. May have been out of luck. Decided to return it and select a different phone. ... show more

I’ve owned phones that turn into hand warmers during games — not this one. I can play Genshin or COD Mobile for hours, and it stays cool and stable. Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 was the right call.
