I am in my 50's and had done no planning for end of life. This book covers everything that you could possibly need. It includes areas for financial accounts, doctors, logins and passwords, friends, family and most importantly, last wishes. I admit that I haven't completed the entire book (it covers A LOT) but have started to populate. It gives me a sense of comfort that it will not be a burden for my family to find all of my critical data.
