I ordered a medium and it fit just fine. Loose enough on the shoulders for full movement. The silk material was really pleasant, just far too heavy for running around a nursing home. Coming from a person who is always cold. A+ choice on a cold day.

The print on the fabric looks low quality. I may have returned them if I hadn’t already bought matching scrub bottoms, but they’re still cute designs at least. The shirts are stretchy and fabric is kind of heavy. I’m 5’3, 150lb and between a small and medium. I bought medium since the reviews said they ran small, but ended up having to reorder in small.
