I had to take a moment to leave this review because just now I dropped my phone at the most awkward angle coming down the stairs. It bounced off my foot, rolled down and landed on the concrete HARD. I thought for sure my phone was a goner. But HALLELUJAH it is just fine!! Now I have read a few reviews in which people complain about the back of their phone being broken but you know what? I love this phone case. It's so pretty and feminine. I've had ugly bulky phone cases for so long and it was mainly because I work outdoors doing hard labor but for the first time I made the decision to buy a nice phone case and I dont regret it one bit. I've had this phone case for over a yr now and it still looks beautiful except for a few chips in the front but it makes since with all the work I do but surprisingly it's not as bad as you would think. My phone has 0 cracks but that also has to do with my screen protector but I give this phone case a 100/100. Thank you, thank you, thank you seller for providing such an attractive & durable phone case at an unbeatable price that fits my phone perfectly allowing ALL the buttons, functions & ports to be used as intended!!! It protects my S10+ on the bottom, sides and top thanks to the case including a bottom piece and top piece. The bottom piece protects the bottom & sides of the phone and the top piece protects the top of the phone by resting on it slightly raised & covering the 4 corners as well as the entire edge of the screen (which by the way contributes to the sleek & attractive appearance of this case as well, because the part that shields the entire edge has a rose like metallic & glitter finish to it). I'm confident this case would protect my S10+ phone in the event I'd accidentally drop it on the ground, whether it landed face/screen down or bottom down. Due to the top piece of the case resting on the top of the phone slightly raised, the screen most likely wouldn't be damaged upon impact. I was pleasantly surprised by the craftsmanship, durability, and attractive design of this phone case when it arrived mostly because of the low price it was available for here on Amazon! I did take several pics from different views of the phone case on my S10+ as well as with and without flash on so that you can see the finer details of the case around the buttons, ports, etc. I highly recommend this case... ... show more

So glad I bought this case!!!!!! It is gorgeous in person! The back is super smooth, just like the back of a phone, which I love. It feels like a really nice countertop. I wasn't sure from the description or other reviews if the gold lines were raised or not, but they are not, which I like. It's totally smooth and flat. As other people said in their reviews, it is somewhat bulky and does make the phone feel quite a bit bigger, but it's already a large phone so whatever. I feel like my phone is very protected in it, especially with the plastic piece on the front holding it in the actual case. It snaps together so easily but feels very secure. Also, some reviews said that the holes for the ports aren't big enough to charge your phone or plug in earbuds, but that's not my experience. All of the holes are big enough. Also, the buttons on the case to reach the phone's buttons are awesome. Very responsive and easy to press. I actually think it's easier to press the phone's buttons with the case than without it. The instructions recommend using a coin to pry the front out of the back, but you can GENTLY bend the back of the case and just pop the front piece out. I would recommend doing that so you don't scratch the case with the coin. Overall, I love this case!!! I love looking at it!!! ... show more

*** UPDATE: I love this case; however, I am not able to get my phone to charge wirelessly without removing the case. The case clearly states it supports wireless charging. I am leaving this at a 4 star rating because I absolutely love the case and dread getting a different one. I bought 3 other cases before I found this one. I happened to be in a business meeting with an IT representative. She had this case on her phone and let me see it up close. I ordered my case before the day was over and am very happy with it. My phone has fallen from my work desk 6 times since I put this case on it and it has protected it each time. I feel like it allows for a nice grip without being bulky. The front portion snaps on and off without any problem (last one the front did not want to come off once it was on). It fits all the holes and camera perfectly. It does show smudges easily so I am constantly cleaning it off, but cleaning your phone is not a bad thing. lol I love the purple glitter and will keep an eye out for any new designs that may be put out. ... show more
