I already had this exact case on my phone and really liked. The screen cover was looking dingy no matter how often I cleaned it. But after two years I figured it was just time for a new case and since it did a great job protecting my phone I ordered the same case again. The problem is we can not separate the new case to install it on my phone. I had no problem with my first case. We have watched video after video thinking maybe something changed from my old case, but it is the same. It is a great case and I got a lot of compliments on my old. The case is very nice. I would recommend maybe taking their plastic “protective” screen off and just using a normal screen protector. A lot of dust or just little things got through the holes of their protective screen and I could not easily remove it. Also heads up that the case is a pain to take off! Which I guess is good, meaning it will not pop off when dropped. But overall very pleased with the case! ... show more

    • Fantastic alternative to an otter box defender

Full disclosure: I’ve never owned an OtterBox defender because of the price and quite frankly they are all ugly. But this case is really attractive, and it’s protecting the iPhone well. I have dropped it on its face a few times and nothing happened to the phone at all. I did get a few scratches on the plastic face of the case, but not a big deal. I’ve had a couple of months now and has been no wear on the pattern. I was sure the rose gold lines would wear off, but they are in perfect condition. The back of the case and the edges have a rubbery feel. This is the first case I have ever had that felt comfortable in my hand, not overly bulky, and yet still felt comfortable to hold. I have a problem with dropping things frequently, but this case has reduced that issue and it’s a lot easier to keep a hold of my phone. The screen protector is a little thin, but it seems to be doing the job. I do food delivery with this so I’m using it all the time, and it is well worth the money. The one downside is that there is no magnetic back, so I had to add a piece of metal so that I could still attach my phone to my magnetic car mount. I used the piece of metal that came with the car mount. It does ruin the look of the case slightly, but it’s not too bad. But it doesn’t stick to the mount very well, because the phone is big and the metal piece is pretty small. If they come out with a built-in magnetic circle (preferably MagSafe compatible, but I would even just take a regular magnet) then I would definitely buy it. It would be worth buying a new case to get that feature. (I have the case that fits the iPhone 12 Pro Max.) ... show more
