I purchased this case for my new iPhone 8. I have used i-Blason cases before and found them to be well made, offering excellent protection. This case meets those expectations. Obvioulsy the uncased phone is gorgeous but I feel like its always a heartbeat aways from shattering, so a case is a must-have. This i-Blason case adds some bulk to the phone, but it looks great, and the clear back allows most of the phone to show. My previous cases all had a solid back, so time will tell how this holds up against scratches. But, better the $20 case than the $700 phone right? It doesn’t quite have the grippy feel of my old case, but it might just be the newness of the case. It provides much better grip than the smooth phone itself. I had initially tried an iphone 8 plus - and also ordered an i-Blason case for that phone. It was beautiful - it almost made me want to keep the plus! I was hoping i-Blason would use the exact same case design for the 8 but they don’t sadly. Still, this one looks better than I expected and I am very happy with my purchase. The button controls seem to work ok with slightly muted feedback. The cover over the silence switch is thick, and it is difficult to use the switch. Not impossible though. The cover over the lightning port is also thick and very stiff - I worry about the tension on the housing of the cable when inserted. Again, I would think this will loosen up with use. Those would be my only two minor concerns. Also - hats off to their engineers - they added a slight gap at one corner between the housing and the face panel/bezel. (This wasn’t on my old iphone 5 case). This makes it much easier to separate the case when needed. Nice touch! ... show more

I recently bought this case, because my old case (which was exactly like the new one) finally wore out. I had that case for a little over 3 years! I was so excited when I got the new one in the mail today. When I originally got the first case, I was hesitant as to how sturdy and how long it would last. It didn’t really look heavy duty. I had received it as a Christmas gift, and I did not want to be ungrateful. I hesitantly used it, but over time I was genuinely surprised. I dropped it countless times when getting off the vehicle, from the tops of shelves, and a couple of times from about 8ft. high - and it survived every fall! On top of its durability, the case cover is sleek, visually appealing, and lightweight. I highly recommend it, and I would totally buy it again! ... show more

This case protected my IPhone faithfully for years (no cracks, not even a scratch) and when I dropped it from a story or two up at Rome’s Colosseum, last Spring, into the pits where the lions & warriors waited, it survived that! I deeply enjoy how many times this case has been abused yet barely has a scratch or dent. As a previous purchaser of name brand cases, I will stick with this one that's survived all my clumsy moments without evidence. There does seem to be some resistance to touch screen capability, which is frustrating at times due to a lot of typos but at least my phone is still in "like new" condition. I cut off the port protector at the bottom to better accommodate my various chargers but really like the one for the silence mode switch that's saved me from accidentally hitting that a million times! I added a Pop Socket to the back that matches the colors so it still feels like a personalized case. ... show more

iPhone 7 was the first I-Blason case & I’ve never looked back coincidentally I still have IPhone 7 & it’s original case. Recently upgraded to an iPhone 15 Pro right after ordered I-Blason case, I made the decision to waited til case came before transitioning to new iPhone 15 Pro. To say I’m hard on my cases would be an understatement from dropping it while getting on & off CalTrain to Muni buses , to the scariest moment flying out of my pocket while going down outside stairs from 2 floor in apt building down to the ground floor. Running down, picking up the case the case, looking dirty phone still working running inside, wiping off the case the case being good only thing was it was sturdy not even scratched to then popping the case off seeing that my phone doesn’t have a scratch the screen not broken. It looks untouched , still working to this day. I am definitely proof that their cases can stand up to anything and everything. ... show more

I was nervous about this item when I bought it for my new iPhone SE (2nd gen). I wondered, "How good can a $22 iPhone case possibly be?" I was torn between buying the Ares and the substantially more expensive Otterbox Defender. But this is a great little case, worth every penny and then some! Fit and finish is good, and installation was easy. The case is protective and the screen guard responsive. My only quibble is that it's a little hard to remove: getting the rubber bumper separated from the plastic core is a bit of a challenge at first, but considering how infrequently I am likely to be removing my phone from the case, it's not much of an issue.     • This supports wireless charging, but that's not the whole story

This isn't meant to reflect on the quality of the case. It appears to be very sturdy and protective. We made the mistake when reading that it supported wireless charging. It does support wireless charging, BUT. You should know that the iPhone SE 2nd edition does NOT support the magnetic feature, so you can't use the wireless chargers that you can clip onto your car's air vents with their magnetic charging plate, or the chargers that hold the phone up like a viewing stand next to your bed. This isn't an issue with this case, it's that we didn't understand that there was a difference between wireless charging and MagSafe charging. Don't make the same mistake we did. ... show more
