  • Fun, Action-Packed, and Perfect for Zelda Fans!
Hyrule Warriors: Definitive Edition is a blast! The gameplay is fast-paced and satisfying, letting you take control of a wide range of characters from the Zelda universe. I love the mix of classic Zelda locations and epic battles — it feels both familiar and fresh at the same time. The Definitive Edition adds extra content, characters, and missions, giving tons of replay value. The controls are smooth, the visuals are colorful and vibrant, and the soundtrack is fantastic. Whether you’re a longtime Zelda fan or just love action-packed hack-and-slash games, this version is well worth it! ... show more

  • Exactly as advertised! One of the best Warriors games.
A hugely fun game with a lot of things to do, as a time sinker this is perfect. This is one of the best Warriors games in the whole franchise and I say this as someone who isn't a big fan of Zelda.

  • A Must-Have for Zelda Fans!
I've been having an absolute blast with this game! As a longtime Zelda fan, this has been a super enjoyable experience. It captures the spirit of the series while offering a fresh, action-packed twist. The gameplay is smooth, the characters are fun to use, and the story adds a cool layer to the Breath of the Wild universe. If you’re a fan of Zelda, this is definitely worth picking up! ... show more

  • Amazing blend of the Zelda franchise with Dynasty Warriors.
This game is a love letter to the Legend of Zelda franchise. Whether it's the music or the collectibles or the warriors you use from across the series with special weapons. This game also has a good story, with original characters and a great iteration of Link,Zelda and Ganondorf. The villain commanders are really cool and have their own unique personalities for this game. You can play missions as the villains as well. There's so much to collect in this game, it's absolutely overwhelming to try to complete the game, don't do it. Explore the 8 bit maps or levels in adventure mode and try to complete the challenges, but don't obsess over it, the game is just meant to be really fun as you mow down monsters with awesome special moves specific to your characters. There is a strategy element where you want to capture keeps with 1 character and then run elsewhere or switch to another character on the fly in another part of the map and have them go after a keep. You need to defeat the boss commanders to capture the keep and spawn ally soldiers from there instead. You can use the hookshot, bombs and arrows to explore for secrets in the level as well as attack enemies. You collect exp, weapons and bonus stats and you can lvl stuff up by spending a crazy amount of time grinding for exp and other things so..just play to have fun and if you want the challenge, take it at your own pace. Finally this is the Deluxe edition so you get every character to unlock and all DLC. Honestly this is more of a Zelda game to me than a warriors game but you've got your Dynasty warriors core gameplay of mowing down hordes of enemies with special moves and taking over spawn points. If you love The Legend of Zelda series, you owe it to yourself to play this game. If you've never played a Zelda game before, do not play this game, it's not for you, it's for hardcore Zelda fans and Dynasty warrior gamers. ... show more

  • Missed playing the Wii U version? Get this.
I could not find this game for sale brand new here in Malaysia so I just had to buy it off Amazon. The game arrived safely with no damage to the case and game card. Works well on my Switch OLED. Massively enjoying the game, a break from the open world style of BoTW and ToTK.

  • Perfect quality
Game arrived when I got back from work. Good thing I got back before the heat did any damage. But the package was perfect, no damage on it or the game. The plastic wrapping is still there and the game is there. No scratches or anything and the game has been running perfectly. Thank you so much.

  • Great Zelda spin-off with tons of content, but some repetition
I’ve put about 40 hours into this so far, mostly playing through the main story, and overall I’ve enjoyed it quite a bit—especially as a Zelda fan. The biggest draw here is definitely the tie-in with the Zelda universe. Seeing all the characters together, the designs, and the overall style is really well done. If you’ve played a lot of Zelda games like I have, there’s a lot to appreciate just in how everything is presented. The combat is fun, especially early on, but it does get a bit repetitive over time. That’s kind of expected with this style of game, but it’s worth mentioning if you’re not familiar with it. Performance-wise, I’ve had a really good experience on the Switch 2, both docked and handheld it runs smoothly. On the original Switch, though, it can struggle a bit with frame drops, especially in handheld mode when there’s a lot going on. There’s also a huge amount of content here beyond just the main story. I only stuck to the story, which was okay but nothing particularly memorable, but if you’re someone who likes extra modes and grinding there’s definitely a lot to do. Overall, I still prefer the mainline Zelda games, but as far as spin-offs go this is one of the better ones I’ve played. If you’re a Zelda fan and okay with some repetition in the gameplay loop, it’s definitely worth checking out. ... show more
