Only 4 stars because they are a little difficult to slide on. My feet are a little fat/tall, so they were slightly difficult to put on, but much easier to slide off. The fur is very soft and they look just like the photo- as expected. I’m typically a size 9, and I ordered a 9, but they do feel a little roomy. Love the look of these boots but so hard to get on! You can’t just step into them. I ordered my normal size,9, but too short and the heel was very wide so my foot slips. Disappointed
