  • Good Quality Headset
Color: Black/Red Size: Regular Style: Wired
I wanted a headphone/mic set that would allow me to take advantage of speech to text functions, dictation to AI and maybe even some gaming or music listening on the computer. These seem to check off all those requirements. First, these are very comfortable to wear. The 'cloud' name is appropriate for the ear and headband pads. They are adjustable for ear positions and the detachable & adjustable mic works well. The noise cancellation worked well enough for me as I don't hear any outside noise. I like the option for connecting as they have 3.5mm jack, USB and USB-C cables/adapter. With the USB cable adapter, it is more than long enough to reach my computer. The headphone sound was really quite good especially for this price point. The mic picks up sound well enough though comes though a little on the quiet side. Connecting was easy as windows picked it up immediately when plugged in and made it the default. I'm quite happy with these and the price was a good value. ... show more

  • Best Gaming Headset Ever - Amazing Sound & Comfort!
Color: Black Size: Regular Style: Wired
This HyperX Cloud III gaming headset is absolutely phenomenal! The audio quality is crystal clear with incredible depth and richness that brings every game to life. The 53mm angled drivers deliver immersive sound that lets me hear every footstep, gunshot, and ambient detail with perfect clarity. The DTS Headphone:X spatial audio is game-changing for competitive gaming - I can pinpoint enemy locations with incredible accuracy. The comfort level is outstanding - the memory foam ear cushions and padded headband make it easy to wear for extended gaming sessions without any discomfort. The build quality is solid and premium, feeling durable and well-constructed. The microphone quality is excellent with clear voice transmission and effective noise cancellation. My teammates say I sound professional and clear. The wired connection ensures zero latency, which is crucial for competitive gaming. It works flawlessly across PC, PS5, and Xbox Series X. The controls are intuitive and easy to access during gameplay. The cable is well-made and the right length. These are hands-down the best gaming headphones I've ever owned. Worth every single penny for serious gamers! ... show more

  • Great, reliable headphones.
Color: Black/Red Size: Regular Style: Wired
My last pair lasted me just about 5 years. Far more than I've gotten out of any other pair of headphones. They're a great snug fit to your face, and have great microphone quality and speaker quality. They do use a cord that's about a 6-foot reach, so an infinite battery life, but you'll find they'll be worth that hassle. Definitely worth what you pay. They have a sleak design, and they're super light weight. ... show more

  • Good value, low cost comfort, mid-range audio and mic quality.
Color: Black/Red Size: Regular Style: Wired
Good value for the price. I purchased two of these. .:: Raw Scores (not taking cost into consideration) ::. Microphone: (4/10) - Acceptable, but not great. Audio quality: (4/10) - Acceptable, but not great. Weight: (9/10) - Very lightweight, great. Comfort: (7/10) - Good. Wearable for 2-3 hours at a time without discomfort. Not great for longer periods. Thick/warm ear padding. Has a moderate-light clamping pressure and clamp padding is good. Spatial audio: (4/10) - Works but not good for any serious gaming advantage. Overall review: I think this headset earns 4 stars taking price into consideration. It functions perfectly and comfortably enough to use for a budget-friendly gaming headset. However, do not expect high quality hardware in this price range or you will be disappointed. It will not compete nor come close to $150+ headsets in quality but it's comfortable at a lower price range, which is very important if you're on a budget. ... show more

  • Best HyperX Cloud Yet
Color: Black/Red Size: Regular Style: Wireless
I think that they finally made the perfect gaming headset. They have always been the best in class regarding sound quality at this price point. The multiple iterations of the Cloud have largely been the company slowly addressing points of failure and upgrading things like its connectivity and surround-sound software. In the original Clouds, the hinge that attached the earcup to the headphone band was external and held in place by a cheap plastic piece that eventually just cracked over time regardless of how careful you were. This was the most common point of failure, so they changed it. The Cloud 2 had the first internal hinge on the earcup and it solved the problem perfectly. Unfortunately, it merely moved the common failure point up the headband to the cheap plastic cuff that they used to secure the metal forks to the rest of the headband. In the Cloud 2, this plastic cuff would eventually break even with very careful treatment due to the torque that is placed on it so that the earcups conform to people's heads. In the Cloud 3, they finally got it right: Internal cup hinges with a metal cuff to attach the ear forks. Perfect. I keep examining these for the next probable point of failure and I really can't think of any. So, now you can get some of the best sound in the industry in a tank-like package that should last ages. They finally ditched the foam pop filter, which I never had a problem with but might degrade over time. The new mic is still decent but probably not the best sound quality in comparison to some competitors. Probably one of the coolest things that I did not expect was that the receiver dongle comes with an extension that allows for either USB-C or USB connectivity. If I were to wager, this is the most likely point of failure if you use this with a laptop or are taking the dongle out frequently because it is a little delicate and long with the USB-A attachment on. It is a really cool feature that expands the headset's compatibility with recently released laptops with only USB-C ports. ... show more
