I order these for work mostly as i work from home a lot and wanted a wireless headset for phone and online meetings. I usually do not like over the ear headsets but these are some of the most comfortable headsets I have ever used. The sound quality is great and the wireless distance is really good. I can not think of a nicer headset for the money, you could get. I had an accident with the dongle after about 3 months and called to ask if I could order a replacement instead of a whole new headset. The service tech I spoke to, Chris, was very polite and professional. He didn't just get me a new dongle, i was sent a whole new headset FedEx'd overnight. Again, I know there are probably better headsets out there for more money but the quality along with the great customer service I received, I can not help but recommend this product. They got a customer for life and I will be looking into more of their products for home use in the near future. Note, sound quality is subjective to the listener, but I would definitely recommend trying these and judge for yourself. ... show more

Let me start off by saying that this is the first time I have ever written a review on an Amazon purchase. I was very excited to receive my new headset after my friend told me that he loved HyperX and this specific headset, however I was extremely disappointed when I received my first headset and it didn't work. Dead on arrival. I tried a bunch of different cords, let it sit and charge overnight, all for nothing. I then read the other reviews and saw a bunch of people have the same problem as me.. but I figured the odds of me receiving a 2nd faulty headset was slim so I ordered a replacement... Boy was I wrong. Not only did the second one also arrive dead, it was missing the detachable mic along with the USB plug in to connect to bluetooth. This headset has 3 major components and it was missing 2 out of the 3... and the 1 thing that did arrive DIDN'T EVEN WORK. I'm not sure if it is HyperX or just this seller but this is the worst product I have ever purchased on Amazon. Please don't waste your time ... show more

NOT A 5 STAR REVIEW; PRODUCT IS A 1 STAR!!! This is labeled a 5 star review as typically people only look at 5 star reviews but this product was a 1. Product was dead on arrival, would not charge or turn on. I tried different outlets and charging cables and let it sit for hours charging only for nothing to happen. Headset was also not nearly as comfy as advertised and adjusting it wasnt great either. I bought this as it was over 50% off but I was better off spending more money on a different product. The main complaint that I saw before buying was this exact problem, the product was dead on arrival and would not turn on. I saw this complaint a lot and unfortunately I guess it happens more often than expected. I'm really disappointed as I've bought hyperx products before without issues but this was a huge let down. Plus the return process was a pain. You're better off saving your money and buying something better and higher quality. ... show more

I'm very happy with the product. The ears are comfortable for a few hours but will get hot after time ( I use this as a headset for work). The construction is very sturdy and have no complaints there. I had an issue where I kept accidentally breaking plastic headsets just by taking them off my giant head. That's not a problem with the aluminum construction on this headset. The headset is plug and play so if you don't want to deal with installing software (your work pc might be locked down by your IT team and not let you use headset that require software to connect). Pros: Good construction and sound quality, easy to use with just a plug in dongle and it will work with multiple devices (not at the same time) like a playstation or xbox. Fairly comfortable but it if you have a big ears or a big head it might not be the most comfortable for an entire day. I usually where them for a whole shift and occasionally just flip it to one ear to let my ears breath and i'm ok. Cons: The headset will occasionally disconnect without warning so if you're taking calls you will need to occasionally check to see if it's still on. This is after long periods of not getting any sound from the device so if you're working on your pc for a while with out getting a call or it making noise it will shut off and in most cases you get a beep as it shuts off (but not always). This is most likely a power saving feature. Battery life: The battery life is solid with light use(calls and message alerts) I can get through a slow week without having to recharge until the last day. It also charges with a USB-C port so it charges fairly fast 2-3 hours. The mic is fairly thin sounding but there's not a lot of issues with clarity as far as i can tell. I'm pretty happy with this purchase and would recommend to someone for gaming or as a work headset or even a media headset. ... show more

I just needed a decent setup for work. Not a gamer. I was very happy with the sound quality and overall comfort. The clarity when listening to music was a very nice bonus. Having used bluetooth headsets in the past the included adapter works better IMHO. It always shows connected on the PC, even when the headset is off. So no pair/unpair/connect issues to deal with as you can with bluetooth sometimes. My only 'complaints' are it powers down quickly (battery saving) and it's slightly tight, but I have a big head. I suspect for most users it will be quite comfortable. The padding on the ears is good. Nice big volume knob is easy to find which is nice. My old headset had two flush buttons so you had to guess which was up or down for volume. ... show more
