The original assembly was easy. But getting the bike finally tuned took some skill and a good collection of tools. Like tuning the wobble in the front wheel, carefully bending the brake caliper so they were in line with the cable and tightening all other components for proper function, and so forth. This did not come with rear pegs or the same brake assembly where you can turn the front wheel around in circles. I ordered for a bday present and was disappointed when I unboxed it as it was not what I bought
