Smells like what it says it is. If you use it for a scent on skin. Let it sit for a bit and the palo santo really comes forward.

I really enjoy the scent of this essential oil! While it didn't actually help me quit smoking (I ended up using other methods to kick the habit), I do find the aroma to be very calming and relaxing. I've been using it in a necklace oil diffuser and it's become a staple in my daily routine. Even if you're not a smoker, I'd recommend giving this oil a try - it's a lovely addition to any self-care routine. Just don't rely on it as your sole quit-smoking solution, like I did!

I think in general essential oils are very over-priced. I understand why some brands have higher prices from the way they source and process the essential oils, but I really think specific companies have gone overboard in their prices. This oil worked and smelled just as good as the competitor brand. I didn't research sourcing but generally can tell when something is low-quality and this one was not.

I was looking forward to this blend Smudge Oil. The bottle and description state this is 100% pure essectial oils a blend of Palo Santo and White Sage. When I opened the bottle, it smells like straight Eucalyptus. No hints of Palo Santo or White Sage. I was really disappointed in the smell. I purchased Palo Santo and White Sage in the past and this Smudge Oil Blend doesn't smell anything like either oil. Other than the smell the packaging was nice and it shipped out in a few days.

I really like this oil. It came in a "giftable" box as a set of 2 bottles. I wasn't quite sure what to expect from the scentop but I half-expected it to be more of a sandalwood fragrance. I think maybe there's that warm sandalwood smell but to me the scent is much more complex and maybe spicier. It sort of reminds me of the Aveda fire, which is a proprietary blend. I think it's in their "Earth" group. It literally sends me to a tranquil, beautiful place. This has a very similar smell (to me) and it's way less expensive. Please don't go crazy comparing the 2 fragrances. I'm sure someone who is "in the know " would be better able to discern the mid notes and top notes than I can. But, since Aveda will not sell their proprietary blends in the essential oil state, I'm thinking that so far this is the best substitute I have found, and I have been looking for years.
