I often have restless legs when I try to go to sleep. It is very uncomfortable to say the least. I feel like I have to move or shake my legs every 10 seconds. It is an awful feeling and I cannot get to sleep or rest. So, I tried these Hyland's Restful Legs tablets to dissolve underneath my tongue. They taste like maple - not too bad. They dissolve rather quickly. It takes about 20 minutes for them to work. One needs to be patient for them to "kick in" but it is well worth the wait. Back again to review, I can not express enough how wonderful these are. For years I would experience an uncontrollable jerking of my legs when I laid down at night, for me not all the time but when it does occur these are a true blessing to have on hand. I literally can not be without these now. They work extremely fast for me, usually within 10 minutes I forget I even I had an issue... that quick for me. (Remember no mint before or after, it may block the effects.) I do also highly recommend to check out the Hyland's (or other brand BM) mineral tissue salts, they are biochemical minerals that our body is made of naturally. In Europe it is common to treat the body with natural cures, here in the US it seems to be drugs first. Check out Bioplasma (combination of 12 cellular salts) or target your health issues with any one of the 12 salts. I myself, had a very bad case of eczema, a rash that started under my arms and spread over a few weeks across my chest, the back of my neck and even my shins of both legs. Hylands Sulphur (rashes & eczema) calmed my symptoms over a few months... yes, steroid cream healed right away... but what woman wants to add steroids to her routine. Give me a natural cure anytime. 4 tiny pills melted under my tongue 3-4 times per day and in a few months my eczema was completely under control. While I am at it... I highly recommend suggesting Charcoal capsules (super inexpensive) and helps immediately with an upset stomach... queasy, bloated feeling. A must for a medicine cabinet and it is also natural :-) Bless you all with good health to you and yours! (I also included a guide for what cellular remedies that came with my set of mineral salts, I use it all the time when needed to see which targeted remedy that will fit my needs. Zoom in if you can, it is worth the once over.) Love these, can't live without them. I just dealt with restless leg syndrome for years since I thought you couldn't do a thing about it. So glad I found these, the moment I feel the sensation coming on I melt one under my tongue and it really does the trick quickly. The only word of warning to anyone is to be careful and not use mint products, including mint-flavored toothpaste, mouthwash at bedtime, or mint Tums if needed on occasion. Any other flavor will work but mint actually blocks the use somehow. Not sure why, but easy enough to adjust to other products at bedtime. I just buy other flavors to avoid the issue. I am curious if the few people that say these don't work for them accidentally blocked the product by using mint, not being aware that it may cause an issue. I will never be without these again. I have occasional restless legs so I don't use this every night. But when I do, it really helps me sleep and my legs don't bother me. It doesn't really have a taste so it's not really an issue. The texture is kinda weird but it goes away quickly. I would recommend this product.

I have found that taking these tablets helps in relieving restless legs SOME nights. However, it doesn't work for me every night. Not sure what is different between nights it does work and when it doesn't, but at least it helps me get a good nights sleep some nights.
