As a breastfeeding/pumping mama, staying hydrated is so important, and these make it so much easier for me to get my fluids in throughout the day. Definitely works best in a water bottle of some sort so you can shake it. Taste was ok! Not terrible but don’t know that I would want to drink multiple a day. I happened to love the taste and texture of the water flavors. I think I first bought some off the website and then I came to Amazon to buy more. I did not like the green apple but the other two were good. The blue raspberry is my favorite though. I bought a few other things from the company and I don't feel like they have helped my milk production at all. I was excited to find something that was fenugreek-free. But for the price and it not helping my milk supply it's really not worth it to me. Also, the ones I ordered from Amazon all the packets were clumped up and some of it was hard as a rock and I had to break it up to even be able to put it into my water. ... show more

Taste isn't pleasing to me. I do like the blue raspberry. But I have to force myself to drink the strawberry. It's easy to mix but for some reason it doesn't do good if you put the powder in last. I did it last night, it foamed up and looked like a homemade volcano. It is a bit pricey. Not sure about the energy level, I'm still tired. I don't recommend the strawberry kiwi, which sucks since I usually love that flavor. ... show more

My favorite flavor and I love knowing I’m getting the nutrients that are beneficial to me while breastfeeding. The taste of just water gets boring quick so these are great to mix it up a bit! I prefer only mixing in 12oz for more flavor. I do wish that the flavor was a little stronger when I mix with 16 oz because I enjoy having a bigger drink during breast feeding. This is a great drink when you get the correct mix. I have received multiple shipments of this and here lately the mix has not been tasting the same, the color of the mix is way off, something just isn’t right. I cancelled my subscription because I end up pouring the drink out when it is not the correct color. The left is what a normal packet looks like. The best hydration packet I’ve ever tasted by far! My favorite is the strawberry kiwi, it’s sweet and not salty compared to other electrolytes. It’s also not thick like liquid I.V. is. My supply is so much better with this baby and seems to not waver daily as long as I drink one of these Boobie Mom’s packets.
