Great size and I like the pockets. The handles are very comfortable and in good locations. Not the best at keeping things cool and the internal lining tore relatively easily from contact with a fork. Would like a shoulder strap.

This keeps food cold for about 8-10 hours with use of ice pack. It's super easy to clean. Great quality in material. Fits a lot, including large glass food storage containers. Color shown is true to color when it arrived. The only thing I would like to see is it have a should strap for carrying.
