There are things I love about this bag. The color is beautiful and matches the other agave Hydro Flask products. It appears to be well made and the fabric, both interior and exterior, is easy to clean. The side pocket is a secure way to pack utensils or to stash a phone and wallet if you want to carry everything in one bag. It does insulate the food, but would need an ice pack to really keep things cold. Here's the issue: the bag itself is fairly narrow and the opening is very narrow. If you're packing a sandwich bag, a piece of fruit and a can of soda this would be ideal. If, though, like me you prefer containers of leftovers, you may have trouble fitting everything. The capacity is generous, but a container, like the Rubbermaid Brilliance 2-cup container will not sit flat in the bag. You will have to put any containers in sideways and almost all will leak. 2 one-quart mason jars, inserted one at a time will fit, but otherwise you will have to use disposable or reusable bags. ... show more

I bought the 8L bag. It was a lot smaller than what I thought based on the dimensions. Small narrow base that doesn’t fit my food containers. It looks durable and well insulted I don’t know if ordering the 20l would have made a difference.

This tote is great for pool days, or picking up leftovers from Mom and Dad's☺️. Very lightweight and sturdy. I bought this bag on sale for $50ish and I thought that was a great deal, based on the reviews and my experience with this brand. I first bought the fossil color (orange) and didn't like it as much as I had hoped. So I'm returning it for the agave (green) instead. No one else had posted pics of these colors at the time of this review so hopefully these pics are helpful. One extra feature that's not mentioned anywhere I saw is the key ring attachment in the front pocket. I often use those so I wanted to make sure to point that out for others. ... show more
