It has a wide-mouth top opening which makes it super easy to pack and access throughout the day. The interior is surprisingly spacious so you can really pack it full without it feeling bulky when you carry it. Utilizing this cooler as a lunch bag. Works great and keeps items cool with the Hydro Flask Ice Pack. The size is almost perfect, just wish there was a 16L version to be in between this one and the 20L as it was way bigger than this one. Overall, great cooler.

Very sturdy. VERY large capacity. It doesn't feel any bulkier than you'd expect for a device that holds 20L. It is surprisingly light. This would be perfect if someone had kids and the need to keep liquids/solids cold. Add in thin ice packs and you should love this purchase. Amazing quality for the price! One of the best coolers I’ve ever owned! I had done a lot of research into the best coolers of this size, and this is the one I settled on. I needed a good quality one to fly with frozen breast milk and keep it frozen, and this did that and more! I had 6 frozen bags that kept completely frozen. During travel I even pumped some more milk and put it into the cooler while en route to my destination, and by the time I got there, it had started freezing as well! I use this cooler to store and transport pumped breast milk (precious cargo!). I don't have a fridge in my office, so I needed a cooler that I could rely on to keep my milk cold. With just one icepack, I can rely on this cooler to stay cold from 6:30 AM - 3:00 PM (probably longer, but that is my work day!). The cooler is sturdy and keeps it's shape. You don't have to worry about something getting crushed inside of it. It's also huge.
