I have had this for a few weeks and added it on to my TD-17. Works seamlessly. Both zones are responsive and no issues. Its nice to have the bar and attachments included as well!

The quality of this cymbal overall is very good. I did run into a snag with the mounting options, had to rig up something to make it work. The biggest issue for me is the overall sounds; there are more “ride” type sounds than “crash” sounds. My main purpose in buying this extra cymbal was so I could have another crash cymbal, since my kit came with a ride cymbal already. I like the dual zone function even though I use this one for my ride cymbal expansion. The outer edge with a firm strike for some settings has a crash type of slow attack and rebound.

    • Cymbal has low output
Output is very low. Never achieves 127 velocity. I'll keep the metal arm and clamp. I'll not re-balance my module for this cymbal.
