Great little Cymbals
The item was shipped fast and received it earlier than expected. Its fully compatible with my TD17Kv2.. so far it has been good though its a little small but gets the job done. The included arm is very short though. Overall its a nice addition if you are on a budget.

Does the job and doesn't cost an arm and a leg
Ive been banging on this thing daily on my v-drums for months and its still working great. its obviously not as good as a roland cymbal in term of feel but if you just need an aux cymbal (mine's a china) its fine.

Good price and quality
I've been using the HXW 10" Dual-Zone Cymbal with Choke (assuming "Un" refers to a universal or universal mount variant) in my electronic drum setup for a couple of months now, and it's been a solid upgrade for practice sessions without breaking the bank! The dual-zone design delivers distinct edge and bow sounds that feel responsive and realistic, while the choke function adds that authentic crash muting for dynamic playing—perfect for rock fills or subtle swells. The rubber underside grips my stand securely, minimizing unwanted vibrations, and the sturdy metal construction holds up well to enthusiastic hits without denting. Setup is straightforward: just clamp it on and connect the TRS cable to your module (compatible with most like Roland or Alesis), and calibrate the sensitivity in your kit's software for optimal feel—pro tip, start with medium velocity curves to avoid false triggers on light taps. At around 1.5 pounds, it's lightweight for easy positioning, and the matte black finish looks sleek on stage or in the studio. For beginner to intermediate e-drummers seeking an affordable hi-hat or small crash alternative, this cymbal punches above its weight in playability and durability—highly recommend pairing it with a good mesh head kit for immersive, quiet practice!

Other than the dual zone feature, its a spectacular e-Cymbal
They trigger both soft and hard hits and swells better than Roland e-cymbals and comes with its own extension stand/mount. Also very durable. When you're playing fast, its hard to hit it just right to use the dual zone feature but thats not important to me. I'll prolly get another one.

Using with Roland Td-17
I have had this for a few weeks and added it on to my TD-17. Works seamlessly. Both zones are responsive and no issues. Its nice to have the bar and attachments included as well!

Good quality, but…
The quality of this cymbal overall is very good. I did run into a snag with the mounting options, had to rig up something to make it work. The biggest issue for me is the overall sounds; there are more “ride” type sounds than “crash” sounds. My main purpose in buying this extra cymbal was so I could have another crash cymbal, since my kit came with a ride cymbal already. Other than that, I think I’ll be fine with the use it will get.
