The quality of this cymbal overall is very good. I did run into a snag with the mounting options, had to rig up something to make it work. The biggest issue for me is the overall sounds; there are more “ride” type sounds than “crash” sounds. My main purpose in buying this extra cymbal was so I could have another crash cymbal, since my kit came with a ride cymbal already. Other than that, I think I’ll be fine with the use it will get.

I like the dual zone function even though I use this one for my ride cymbal expansion. The outer edge with a firm strike for some settings has a crash type of slow attack and rebound.

Ive been banging on this thing daily on my v-drums for months and its still working great. its obviously not as good as a roland cymbal in term of feel but if you just need an aux cymbal (mine's a china) its fine.
