I notice some have a hard time removing the tip. Use a pipe wrench. Make sure that the round sides of the tip is securely in the wrench jaws, place the gun on the floor on a piece of cardboard or something to prevent scratches. Hold gun down with your foot and push down on the wrench handle. Should break free easily. Another problem is leaking by the black locking ring. If you tighten the ring too tightly, it will warp and cause leaks. Just unloosen the ring and retighten to just snug. Should stop the leaking.

I planned to paint an old riding mower I have and I wanted something better than a spray can job. This sprayer seemed like just the thing and it didn't break the bank either. It went together easily, which is good because the little booklet it comes with is pretty much worthless. I liked the disposable cups as it can be a real hassle cleaning these guns, especially when using oil based paints. They also have a built in strainer in the cup, which is great. The Fan, Fluid and Air volume adjustments all worked well and and the gun put out a good pattern with everything I tried from water to thinned latex to unthinned oil base paint, the pattern was good. The only problem I had with it was that even with the trigger released, air would never completely shut off and some was always was leaking through the gun. The air valve seemed to work good but would just not shut off totally so you needed to disconnect it from the hose or it would drain your compressor. I was able to change tips easily and I loved the fact that is seemed to come with everything to use, clean and maintain your new gun, but the leaking thing was not good at all. The leaking is why I deducted 1 star. Other than that, it is a pretty god gun and is definitely is a step up from spray cans! Also, as a helpful note to the seller, maybe you could redesign your box graphics a little because things like "Low Voltage and Durable" and "Delicate and Full" really make no sense at all on a paint spray gun package and this cheapens your otherwise good product. .

I havent encountered the leak problem that others were talking about after the 6 times I've used it. What I can say is that some of the parts are extremely tight went to change the tip to prime and couldn't change the one piece cause it was so tight but over all worth the money.

The media could not be loaded. I received my paint sprayer kit today and the quality and material is very much more expected than I thought, but for the first time do it yourself, or does not come with very well directions on any of it could be better at explaining how to use other than that no complaints very happy with the product
