Although it may not point out the intricate details of a particular system that you may be looking to design or evaluate, it will guide you in the proper direction. I don't know if there is a second edition or second printing of this title, but the book I just received has a copyright of 1990 and not 2001 as listed in the book information on the amazon page. I only just received the book and can't really comment on the content but I would not have paid 50 dollars for a used book that references systems (and costs) from 17 years ago. My initial impression of the book is good except that I am concerned it is dated. ... show more
