These work great for work. I didn't realize how much eye strain happens when working on screens all day. Thought I'd try these out to see if it made any difference. Wow, what a difference! I thought I was just getting tired from long days of work, but using the glasses definitely can tell the reduction of strain on the eyes! You can tell if they have blue blocking in them if you hold them to a piece of paper and can see a difference in color. These pairs are very light weight so they are comfortable for long 8+ hour days of work. Seem to get prints on them easy but using a microfiber cloth does the trick. Great value for the price!

These glasses are a must.! I’m in front of a computer screen 8-10 hours a day for work and my eyes were getting very fatigued. After a week of using these glasses, I I noticed a significant improvement with that. I also use them if I’m watching videos on my phone. Very comfortable and there is a significant difference in imagine lighting when wearing these. The blue light from my monitor while gaming or doing work is non existent and I've noticed that my headache is gone.
