When I started putting it together one of the end pieces of a bar was tilted so I contacted customer service and a new one arrived within a week. My daughter takes the bins off and throws them and shakes the frame and it’s held up wonderfully.

So this toy organizer is okay. Despite it coming well packaged there are a few minor damages. They don't effect the products functionality so it's not a huge deal. just taking it out of the box there was some brown dirt smudges all over over the end pieces, but it was easy the clean. As for sturdiness, an adult couldn't put their weight on it but is fine for a small child. It was easy to put together and I only needed a screwdriver so that's nice. It's a little smaller than I expected. But that's on me for not reading the measurements and just going by the photos. All and all it's okay. ... show more

I really like this, good for small space. Bins are very cheap and break very easy. One bin was broke when I purchased it, but good enough to use. My son accidentally drop on on the hard floor and it broke. But for the price, can’t complain to much
