The media could not be loaded. Purchased this item for Christmas and it is defective. I have been fighting to get a prepaid return label and cannot get one. Beware if your item does not work you will be required to pay and return it for it yourself. I have tried contacting huffy and have been on the phone waiting for 10minutes then you are disconnected over and over. This is just ridiculous. I would not even rate it a one. I have spent countless hours on trying to return this item. NO HELP!
