Well got it together but couldn't get it apart. So now I'm stuck with it but she still rides it even with the wheels crying. Box was Not damage ,everything was zipped tied. Fenders just appears to left out doing assembly. Will be contacting seller. Recieved damaged not in shipment the box is fine. One of the sprockets on the rear gear is broken and floating in wheel. The look on my grand baby when I told him it's broke Grandpa can't assemble it just yet was heart breaking to his Grandmother. Not at all, happy with this purchase!!!!!!!
