Could only give it three stars ... While it's good and so glad my daughter can grow into it and ride it for a bit it looks like. It obviously did not come new. I bought the new option, spent an extra 45 dollars to have a new one, but this one is very clearly not new. There are pieces missing for the storage bin. There are stickers on it. A little disappointed bc if I wanted to buy it used I would've instead of spending the extra money to have it used.... Other than that like I said it's very sturdy, my daughter is just now learning to peddle so it fits her age group very well, she does have some growing to do, the steering is a little bit looser at turning than I would have liked but hopefully that won't be a problem when we finally take it to the street ! Oh it's also very pretty, the design is just what I wanted ! ... show more

I really had high hopes for this bike. My daughter loves Frozen and wanted a bike just like her sister so they could ride together. I got it in January for her birthday in February. Once it was put together and the weather was nice enough, it was April by the time she was able to ride it consistently. Despite her best efforts, the bike is very difficult to pedal. At first I thought it was user error because my daughter had only just turned 2, so I decided to have my older daughter try to pedal it. She rides her trike with ease and had no problem pedaling on her bike (a radio flyer trike) but struggled every time she got on this bike. The wheels skip so you don’t move no matter how hard you pedal. In addition, I feel like I’m always tightening the parts. It doesn’t feel sturdy and it seems cheap. We were just riding it over to the park and the entire seat fell off because the screws came loose. I’m all for wear and tear when the product is good, but she has barely ridden the bike since March. Something should not be falling apart after minimal use for 6 months. ... show more
