I just set up this desk and am very happy with it so far. I built the desk alone and it took me about 1 hour (with a drill - would have taken longer with just a manual screwdriver). The motors work smoothly and the height is great. I especially like the flexibility of how you can arrange the desk. I decided to move the control panel and it was very easy to switch sides thanks to the extra pre-drilled holes provided. The finish is nice and doesn’t feel low quality. I didnt know what to expect when getting this desk but once i lifted the box and realized how heavy the skeleton is i knew i made the right choice. It was relatively easy to assemble i would recommend a second person to lift the table up and if you have an electric drill handy i would definitely use that over a screwdriver. For the price of $299 this is a good standing desk. I don't give it five stars simply because the table top is the lacking piece of the puzzle. If the table top was a bit more sturdy and larger I would say five stars. The three wood dowels and fender guitar style backing plate mounting everything together guarantees the pcs don't align well enough to look or feel correct. I plan on using the base hardware and making a slightly larger, sturdier top. The base hardware motors etc all seems solid.
