I didn't know what to expect stability-wise, but it is actually pretty solid for how it goes together. It was simple to throw together, has extra hardware, I didn't use all of the parts. With the heavy studio monitors, display monitor clamped on, and cats practicing for the circus all over it, it holds up well and doesn't sway too much. I am happy with it, I'd buy it again, only thing it is really missing is a keyboard/midi controller tray. That is something I'll probably figure out later, or just build my own desk if I decide I need it. ... show more

Hello Fellow Amazon Readers 😁 Here’s my experience on this product Pros & Cons listed below ! Pros: Price $200 bucks it’s in the ballpark of what you expect for the kind of desk you get Quality decent Material solid Features low point and high point , remembers your favorite heights you can preset it . Cons: Directions was confusing at first , The L & R leg was not labeled correctly And one of the screw holes didn’t line up correctly but after some tinkering I got it to work , secondly the monitor & computer module that responds glitches out and I have everything done correctly it just a unit issue works but takes a extra second sometimes . Summary: Due note the load cap is 100lbs max so keep it under , if the cables are obstructed can interfere with operation , overall setup was 2 team effort and despite the confusion at start having to double back to the beginning to make sure it was done correctly , I’m happy with the end result I would recommend to try and make sure you can return before you buy in case you’re unit is faulty . I ordered this desk to use with my walking pad. It was fairly easy to assemble and the instructions were easy to follow. It took me a few hours, but I (as an out of shape mature woman) was able to do it by myself. I love that it has 4 buttons that I can program to my preferred heights, which makes it fast for me to switch between sitting at my desk and using my walking pad. The desk is stable even while typing and using my walking pad. The optional upper shelving area has enough room to hold both of my monitors and a blue tooth speaker. The motor is fairly quiet - not silent, but not bothersome. I'm super happy with it! This is a great desk-period! All the necessary hardware was included, all components in perfect new condition. The assembly might seem overwhelming to some at first when you layout all the components and connectors-just put all of them in separate piles and you'll be fine. The instructions are pretty simple, and if you do get stuck they offer tech support (I didn't have to go that route but was nice to know there is a lifeline). Very nice design, the motor and controller work perfectly. I used a small cordless impact gun with a Phillips and torx head bits, and a hammer at the end just to secure the back cover, the only extra thing I used was a little wood glue for the wooden dowel pins-not mandatory for assembly, just some suspenders with a belt kinda thing for me I guess. This went together fairly easily. I am going to ask the handy man to tighten up all the bolts and screws when he arrives. It is exactly as listed and as soon as you have it assembled and plugged in, it's ready to go. I didn't notice it when I ordered it, but the base level is two separate slabs. To me this creates a cleaning crack. It would be nice to have it as one layer, but I understand for shipping 2 is easier. I know it's easier for me to handle solo, but cracks on table/desk tops make a cleaning nightmare. The assembly for raising and lowering the desk is super easy to attach and operate. it's a bit heavy, but I was able to easily get it inside. I did meet the delivery driver at the end of the drive with a granny cart to move it to the house. The drawers slide nicely and give me a spot to tuck things away. Zero regrets on adding this to the office space and now I'm ready to get a black chair! ... show more

The split in the desktop does allow a larger desk to be shipped in a smaller package, but it makes a definite edge that can catch on keyboards and mice, and even with a desk sized mousepad, it can be felt through it. The particle board itself is reasonably solid, but it is still so weak you can pull out the pushed in nuts just with the basic hand tools provided. The memories are functional, but the actual position shits are slow and not at all quiet. The provided hole for wiring is small and located in such a place that is difficult if not ipossible to use if you have a small pc that fits into the space under the monitor shelf - especially as there is no similar hole in the back fiber panel that otherwise closes that off entirely. ... show more

Absolutely one of the best office items I've ever had in my whole life, but absolutely the best desk ever. I cannot believe how absolutely perfect this is. I am obsessed. This is a very nice looking desk. There's plenty of space for me to clamp whatever I need onto the desk in the back of it and on the sides. The programmable automatic adjustment is insanely convenient. My need to be more active while using my laptop and computer has just been brought to another level.
