I ordered this kit because I wanted a compact embroidery floss set that I could take with me in the car on trips. I liked that it included 60 colors and a storage box so everything would be in one place. * Storage & Presentation: This little kit comes in an embroidery floss box. It’s a clear plastic organizer and everything fits neatly inside. I do wish it had insertable/adjustable/removable dividers so you could move the dividers around like other storage boxes. The layout is fixed, so you’re limited in how you can customize it. The English on the outer box isn’t well written and makes the set seem a bit cheap presentation-wise. * Floss Quality & Color Range: I counted and there are 60 colors included, which is a really nice range for a starter set. The colors are bright and varied enough for cross stitch, small embroidery projects, or friendship bracelets. Since the floss is synthetic polyester, it was minorly difficult to separate the threads. It is a 6-thread floss. Synthetic floss does tend to have some fibers that stick out if you look closely, and that is true here. It still works just fine, but it does not feel like premium cotton floss. * Included Tools & Accessories: It comes with organized embroidery floss, a small plastic hoop, a rotating round container of needles (30 needles total), thread cutters, a seam ripper, a pin cushion, a needle threader, buttons, safety pins, a partial thimble, a measuring tape, and a small pair of scissors. All the items are entry level or beginner quality, but they do the job just fine. The tools feel appropriate for the 15.99 price point. I think the strawberry pin cushion is adorable and a fun little addition. * Organization Details: The floss is wrapped around numbered plastic (I think) bobbins, which makes it easy to pull the thread in sequence. The buttons were loose in the box, and I would have preferred them in a small baggie so they weren’t floating around. * Ease of Use: This set is very approachable for beginners. You can open it and get started right away. That said, I would have loved a printed page or small booklet with a bonus cross stitch or embroidery pattern included. Even one or two simple starter patterns would have elevated the experience, especially if giving it as a gift. * What’s Missing: I think some straight pins, a good small pair of sharp metal scissors, a small 6 inch plastic ruler or protractor, and a sewing marking pencil would have added a level of sophistication to the kit. A small piece of fabric or two (cross-stitch or embroidery fabric) would have made it feel complete for a first project. Those additions would have made it feel more thoughtfully rounded out, especially for the cost. * Durability Expectations: The polyester floss should hold up well for decorative projects, but I didn't test its colorfast nature. The plastic storage box feels sturdy enough for normal use. The tools are not heirloom quality or anything, but they are perfectly usable for light, beginner crafting. * Value for the Cost: At 15.99 at the time I am writing this, I think the price is fair for what you get in terms of quantity. You receive 60 colors and a wide variety of tools. I do think a few small upgrades or additions would make it feel more polished and gift-ready. * Bottom Line: This is a solid beginner or travel embroidery kit with 60 colors and a good assortment of basic tools in a compact storage box. The floss is synthetic and slightly harder to separate, and the overall presentation feels entry level. It works well and covers the basics, but a few thoughtful additions would have made it feel more complete.

This seems more like a random assortment. I did not get black, gray, and white. And they were not organized by color. Not to mention that the bobbins they use are cardboard, I barely started using one and it broke in half. You can't even bend these a little! Won't be buying again.
