Got to 1050 just shy of copper melting temp and the display stopped working then the heating element stopped. Had it on for 30 min with copper at about 1/3 the volume of the crucible included. Says 24/7 customer service but no number included. Pass on this one. Wasted my time and money.

    • Garbage! DONT BUY
I just got this kiln TODAY and right away, right out of the box IT DOESNT WORK! I have been waiting for it to heat up for over 8 hours, it never got above 25. This is junk and I am disgusted with it.
