HTC hss-15 super Duty adjustable 22-inch to 32-inch tall pedestal roller stand with 16-inch ball bearing roller. Supports material up to 500 pounds. From the Manufacturer The HSS-15 roller stand features a 500lb capacity, with a height adjustment range perfect for horizontal bandsaws, and other low machines. The galvanized roller with heavy duty hex shaped axle measures 16" and is 1.875" in diameter. The wedge lock inner support tightens under load, so you never have to worry about your material slamming down to the lowest setting. Adjustable leveling feet finish a super stand.

This is the second of these HTC roller stands I have purchased. Both are sturdy and solid during use. Easy to adjust both height and level. The best part of this product is the customer service from the manufacturer. I had a minor manufacturer defect in one of the stands I purchased and contacted Affinity Tool Works for support.     • This stand is genius!

I've fought for years using other stands because they're so difficult to set at the precise height off the floor. The other ones are heavy, and they don't have an easy way to precisely set the height. This is important if you're working with long boards with a planer, drum sander or jointer. The genius of this stand is that you set it to a height a little higher than you want it to be and then carefully turn the crank. Because the "column" that holds the roller is tapered, as you turn the crank, it slowly drops the roller. By slowly, I mean maybe 1/32" at a time. It might even be smaller than that. This pedestal roller stand is nearly perfect. It was easy to assemble and is easy to correctly adjust to the proper height. The stand is study and well made. The feet can be easily adjusted if your shop floor is not level. The stand is heavy enough that it will not easily tip over. Before, I had a cheap light-weight stand from Sears. This stand is a significant improvement. I would purchase this stand again. Its made in the USA, so that is good. I have revised this review to downgrade it from 5 stars to 4 stars, since it is not so easy to do a fine adjustment of the height. ... show more

I had thought the crank on this stand would raise and lower to match the changing height of my planer. However, once set the crank works to lower the level only. To raise the roller you loosen the crank and lift up manually. It is not what I thought and a waste of money but is sturdy if you only make occasional adjustments. ... show more

This roller is very sturdy, rolls smoothly and easy to use. It's easy to adjust with the leveling feet and won't slide around. I've tried another brand and this one is far superior, well worth the money.

Very stable, adjustable feet, height adjustment screw works very well. No sudden drop when you back off on the screw due to the wedge shape design of the roller support post.
