I've looked everywhere for a faux silk drape in the yellow/ beige color I have on my livingroom walls. These "butternut" panels, 96" to the 8' ceiling, fit the bill. I have 2 sets of corner windows: bought these to augment much flimsier real silk panels I found years ago. The old ones have subtle beige stripes plus a reddish stripe, so these faux silks blend nicely. But I am considering replacing the old silks with more of these beauties. And quality! The outer fabric has a slight sheen, so not gaudy, they are double lined and are weighted. Ironed up in a flash, and hung on ring clips. Optional hanging tabs are substantial. These are HEAVY, don't skimp on hardware. Overall, these are comparable to much more expensive panels. I found them through a review of the linen version on another platform. These are amazing! The price is so reasonable and the quality cannot be beat. I have two pair of these in my living room. We have two dogs that interact with these curtains on a daily basis. I am so glad I discovered HPD. I ordered most of my drapes from this company and I have not been disappointed. Everyone knows how much custom window treatments cost. These are value for money! I really love this textured silk curtains. They are stunning! I did make a mistake with my order and should have done complete blackout, but they still do a good job of filtering out the light (see images). These look so high end that I am shocked at the price point. Out of the box, they are not that wrinkled ( I have not steam ironed or anything) and the versatility of using either a pole pocket or rings is terrific. I also visited their YouTube channel to get an idea of texture, how to measure windows and how many panels to get. Overall, this was one of my best finds of 2023. Highly recommended. ... show more

These curtains are absolutely beautiful! They look very expensive but were less than half the price of other online stores (and they were the exact same curtains!) I was worried this was going to turn out to be a “too good to be true” purchase and end up with some cheapo knockoffs, but I was pleasantly surprised! They are very thick and heavy and block out light very well. I have to have my room very dark in the day time because of my crazy work hours and these fit the bill nicely. I don’t think they can be classified as blackout curtains technically, but they are pretty darn close! They were just hung last night and have not been steamed yet, but I have attached pictures in some different types of lighting situations. As you can see I ordered my panels a little longer since I wanted the pooling effect at the bottom. They truly are beautiful and this is coming from a very picky, particular person when it comes to decor! ... show more

    • A polyester delight
Color: Flax Gold Size: 50"W x 120"L (Pack of 1)
Up close, this passes muster and it still might do so at 84" in a conventional room. I purchased a half-dozen at 120" for a loft-style apartment and they definitely look both washed-out in the light and very much like polyester silk. I also sincerely think they're a little shorter than 120" or else their predecessors were a little too long. On the other hand, I DID purchase six and they're all uniformly washed out in appearance (in the unforgiving sunlight) with no rips or tears or snags or other blemishes to speak of. Hence the 4 stars. On the hand, why did curtains professing to be 100% polyester arrive a wrinkled mess? To make matters worse, they're weighted at the bottom (not necessarily a bad thing) so one couldn't simply throw them in the dryer with a wet sponge. I tried it and the noise was colossal. Off course they're not light blocking, but that's why bought these in lieu of their predecessors which makes their washed-out appearance even more problematic. I'm keeping them but I keep being disappointed with HPD curtains. ... show more

I absolutely love these drapes. I have ordered 4 pair over the last 2 years. All sets are off white; 3 sets are 108” in length and 1 set is 96”. The fabric is gorgeous and they have a thick white lining which gives the drapes a very high end look. All panels appear to be appropriately sized…I like my drapes to puddle a bit on the floor so it’s hard to say for certain. I would definitely buy these drapes again! ... show more

I am so happy with these drapes! I seldom write reviews, but I thought these were worth every penny we spent and would recommend them to others. They are heavy, good quality and hang beautifully. The Off White color is an attractive neutral and the fabric does look like silk to me. They are not “blackout,” but allow a small amount of filtered light when the sun directly hits the windows - they sort of glow. A warm, pretty look in our bedroom. I did need to steam them when we put them up to remove the creases from being folded. Don’t know if those would have gone away from hanging, but I didn’t want to wait. ... show more
