Let me preface this by stating that I have worked in the IT field for over a decade and have probably set up 500-1000 wireless printers in my time. I tried every method I've employed in my work to make this printer connect to WiFi and never could get it to function properly. The "official" driver is part of a Windows 10 Store app called HP Smart which works about as well as you'd imagine a Windows 10 Store app to work. The same HP Smart app is supposed to be available on Android but low and behold, it's no longer on the Google Play store and if you try to access the Play Store's link from a browser, it returns the error that the app doesn't exist. It works well enough with a USB cable, but I bought this thing specifically for wireless printing and it doesn't do that, so I'll be returning it. Buyer beware.

Goes through ink like it’s a M1A Abrams battle tank guzzling gasoline. This is on the normal print settings. I’ve printed less than 50 pages and the HP app tells me I’m at 25% color levels (I’ve been printing mostly monochrome/greyscale). Black is already at 75%. It’s also INCREDIBLY SLOW. It takes about 2-3 minutes to print one page. Customer service may say that settings need to be adjusted but it’ll only print quickly on the low quality “draft” mode. This could be fixed by playing with the settings but I’m going to be returning this printer.

To setup took about 60 some curse words. It prints ok, scans and copies ok. I couldn't get the wireless to work. I use a cable. The printer did not come with anything except cartridges. There was no contact number for support. You have to get everything online. Download the software from HP. The website provided on the card is useless. You have to have a code number. I couldn't find the number on any of the information printouts from the printer. I had to use google to find HP support and go in the back door to get the information I needed. The printer itself is not bad. But the initial setup support is lousy.

Printer is big and odd shaped.. slower than molasses. It takes about a minute or more to print 1 page. I'm going to try to return this.

No dics to load into My computer. Had problems getting touch with HP. When was able to talk with HP they wanted me to buy gift cards to pay for update. Then took over my computer and demanded I get gift cards to release it. My life is in a mess . My printer is not hooked up. Cannot get in touch the right people at HP or Amazon. Need this problem taken care of. If not this will be the LAST time I buy anything from Amazon and HP.

I bought this printer thinking that HP has good quality. But this printer disappointed me. It is so so slow in printing and the printing quality isn't great. I suggest you look for other options out there before purchasing this one. very disappointed with my purchase. It still eligible for return and so will be returning it now.

FINALLY a not too bulky, lightweight WHITE printer that prints in color and scans/copies as well - AT A GREAT PRICE. Test print came out perfect and fast without making a whole lot of noise. I was looking for a printer that does all that AND is not an eye sore. Perfect! The ink for it is cheaper than most cartridges, too, so another plus.

One of the best cheap printers that is good for basic office and school work. My kids love drawing so I I could take lot of print outs without worrying on the ink as it comes cheap too!! Wireless printing works great!! Also scan is amazing.I don’t use copier I had Deskjet 2600 before so I purchased this one too.
