This says it is an HP cartridge, but we've had problems with our printer since we've started using it. Every 2-3 print jobs, the printer stops printing and tells us to open the ink door and remove any obstructions or that there is a paper jam somewhere. There never is an obstruction or a jam. We've never had a single problem with this printer, and nothing new has happened to it other than this particular cartridge. Such a bummer. Would not buy from here again. ... show more

It's a great product. I've had better results using OEM ink in the OfficeJet Pro and PageWide printers over 3rd party / refurbished. Some of this is due to a firmware update by HP that forced non-genuine chips to show as damaged. But the quality is top notch. The price, however, is not so good. There are some manufactures that refill genuine cartridges which bypasses the firmware lock on non-genuine parts -- the cost comparison may be worth looking into. ... show more

I have had upto 6 printers in my home at any given time. This Hp printer is awesome. i got rid of half of my printers. I have this Hp and 2 brothers (B&W). I keep the brothers as backups and have not used them since getting the HP. This printer is fast. The inks last a very long time.
