Its good, works without any problems. The HP printer quality is better than any brother machines that I have owned. This HP high yield toner gives you good bang for your buck. When you think about buying a brother machine for cost efficiency, most people will not take into account that they also have to replace both the toner and the drum. People forget about the drum replacement cost for a brother machine. I own 3 of these HP printers for my offices, and they are just plug and print. I have them for over a year now. Absolutely love it, and no maintenance issues. The print quality to me for HP is so much better than Brother machine. I would highly recommend these HP printer to any one. HP toner is expensive but it works every time, no clotting, no shaking the cartridge. This office does as much as 20k pages monthly during tax season and the toner lasts all year and part of the next year. Tried refilled cartridges from others but no cost savings seen.
