We purchased this mirror for our newly remodeled master bathroom. We really like the mirror's shape, and the frame is just what we were looking for. The glass (or the mirror) are suspect. There were two small nicks in the silver. Hard to see at first, but we noticed them after the mirror was installed by our contractor. Not knowing if the problem would get bigger, we contacted Amazon and they sent us another one. Guess what? Same issue!! We contacted the company and they wanted pictures, order number, and other specifics. Their only solution was to refer us back to Amazon for returns. After realizing that if we returned both mirrors, our contractor would have to seal the holes in the newly painted walls, and repaint. We were pretty disappointed with the customer service of this company. We are keeping the first mirror that is already hung and keep our fingers crossed that the silver portion of the mirror doesn't deteriorate. This is one of the problems of purchasing items online. Amazon is great, but when dealing with foreign companies you always are taking a gamble As an addendum, the mirror company has reached out to us to help to make things right. They offered us a rebate on the purchase of the mirror, and since the flaw was minimal, we accepted their offer. Also, the product has a guarantee with it, so we can contact the company if there is any further problem.

The media could not be loaded. This mirror is great! I purchased the 24x36 Black Rectangular (rounded corners) Bathroom Mirror to update our bathroom with a more modern look. It was well packaged with no damage to the glass and included all necessary hardware. The mirror material is very good (no strange warping happening) and the metal framing feels very heavy-duty with some good weight to it. The back of the mirror has 4 mounting holes: 2 to hang horizontally and 2 to hang vertically. Once hung, the mirror feels very secure and looks great! There was one minor imperfection on the glass, but it's not super noticeable. Definitely recommend.

Update: The sellers reached out to me to offer half of the value (less the coupon value) refund. I accepted as I wasn't going to bother sending this huge thing back anyway. I still wouldn't buy it again but I am happy they cared to reach out to improve the situation. If I had sent it back they would be out a lot more money for the now damaged product. If they had sent a replacement I would have raised the stars as they requested but since they only worked with me on it I am stating that they did do something, it just didn't improve the product and people should know. I have added one star for their efforts. Original post: I would not buy this mirror again and would ship it back but the packing and size would make it a pain. There is a flaw in the mounting that leaves it open to scratch the mirror if your screw protrudes at all. Luckily I didn't have them out enough that the pressure would break the mirror but I could see that happening too. A simple fix for the scratching could have been a sticker. Anything to prevent the flush mount screw from rubbing the mirror backing material. Now the reflective surface is compromised and we have two rub marks that we can't get rid of.

Recently added a backsplash and got rid of the wall length pre installed mirror. Got these smaller ones at a lesser price in today's deal with a coupon. The frame color is not pure black, it's called walnut inside the box it came in. It's a very dark brown black which is what I was looking for. Would give higher star rating but the mirror images appear distorted when looking at them from a distance.
