    • Like it says......The Ultimate Beginner's Guide. Start here!
If I could recommend one book to start with for real estate investing, this would be it. While there is some overlap with the free Ultimate Beginner's Guide, this is a much better product. In this book, you don't get a whole lot of motivational fluff. You do, however, get a good introduction to several different aspects of investing, and a good introduction to some of the rules of thumb that apply to each. There are also real world examples of pepole who have used the strategies described and done well. All in all, I'd say that you should start here. You won't be an expert after reading this, but you will know what you need to learn and the whole process of becoming an investor will become less intimidating and daunting. ... show more

I’m barely starting to get into real estate and this book is filled with the best advice on real estate. I am amazed at how simple it’s laid out I wish I had read this book when I was younger. I’m looking forward to using the knowledge of this book to close on my first deal.

This was a great overview for someone looking to gather all the basics. I’d say most of this I already learned from his webinars (I have pro access to Bigger Pockets)- but things really sink in when you read them. This book helped me narrow my focus, next up I’m reading Multifamily Millionaire. I definitely recommend reading a copy of this book- it’s not too long or arduous of a read- orient yourself to the world of REI! ... show more
