This book was hands down the best one I have read thus far. It is the encyclopedia for buying a property, renting it (Managing it) and Profiting from it. Easy to read, step by the guide for you know matter how new you are to investing in real estate or how advanced you are. Bryan goes over real estate terms, property evaluations, Sample LOI's, contracts, etc. He covers his Seota process (His due diligence process). Bryan is very detailed and methodical in his approach. You can tell this isn't his first rodeo, and he doesn't hold anything back, he keeps no secrets. He gives you action lists, inspection lists, covers loan types, property types, , strategies for all, and even how to manage the property. From prepping the property, to screening, to move in, legalities, inspections, evictions, move outs, protecting your assets, and how to grow them, etc. Again, this book is the real deal. Bryan is the real deal. He practices what he preaches daily. A man of true integrity, and a book that will not disappoint. I really like this book for its ease of reading and it provides a step by step guide to real estate investment. He doesn't sugar coat the work required to start real estate investing and the time required to build wealth. One negative.
