Update: Customer service reached out and have sent me a replacement! They were super nice and my son is very happy to have his hoverboard. Would really recommend buying from them since they really take care of their customers. We gave this to our son for christmas. Charged it for 5 hours and the battery only lasted a couple of minutes. Charged it again and now it doesn’t even turn on! We are all very disappointed! Would love to know who I can talk to in customer support. ... show more

I bought this for my granddaughter. She loved it when it worked. After 4 months it just died. No accident, no abuse - it just wouldn't turn on or charge. No lights, no response. But it's warrantied for 180 days, right? I searched the page for a way to contact them - nothing. There is a product support link but it just tells me that this product is not eligible. So I contacted Amazon and they gave me an email address. I've sent 4 requests and I haven't even gotten an acknowledgement. And Amazon hasn't been any better. Save your money. Don't buy this one or any hoverboard from this company, because if you need warranty support you will be out of luck. ... show more

When I buy it , it was originally for my kids. However, on the user guide it said support up to 177lb (~80KG) so I tested it in my garage, moves smooth without problem. Tested in backyard, no issue. And I tested it for longer distances unfortunately the battery can sustain for 1 way not round way but still pretty good. Good / Bad / Recommendation Good: 1. easy to use 2. auto balancing is pretty reliable 3.able to do 360 rotation 4. Battery capacity is just okay Bad: 1. Overall it’s good, nothing bad but recommend following which can be used for the reference for next generation; Recommendations: 1. Mark which side it front/back 2. Charging should use Type-C to reduce e-waste. 3. Can sell accessories such as wider wheels so can be used on all terrain, built in camera and SD card so can be used as a dash cam. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. This thing comes with some battery life 10-15min. It charges fairly fast . It has a red led light indicator when it’s still charging. It turns green when it’s done charging. It runs very smoothly in my house. For beginners, I’d recommend removing stuff from the floor that you plan to ride it on. You don’t want to bump into things that can potentially make you fall. The hardest part of using this is when you initially stand on it. It’s better to hold on to a wall or a person to keep you balanced while you’re putting both feet on. The speed can be easily adjusted by your feet, just press down more with the front of the feet. After using it for 20 min or so I can notice my calves feel like it had a light work out. Overall it’s a great fun for the house. ... show more

Edit to my original review. I contacted the company directly and reported the issue. They sent a replacement and did not ask me to send the broken one back. It’s only been a couple days, but so far so good. I’m very impressed with the customer service. It lasted less than 2 months. The worst part is that before it died it started beeping NONSTOP and wouldn’t stop moving. Do not buy this. ... show more
