These were great for my 5&6 year olds. They weren’t too complicated to put on. The only issue is that the straps are Velcro. When my kids were riding on the driveway, the Velcro scrubs the ground in places and becomes shredded or torn. Contacted company, will not let you turn unit off while attached to seat and also moves on its own without rider on. Asked for a fix solution and company has offered no more correspondence. Initial contact said to check balance which I did and it didn’t correct the problem.

Instructions leave out some assembly details. There's a bunch of washers not mentioned and it doesn't clearly identify which holes to use for mounting. In the pictures, the bases were already mounted to the frame, but when it arrived they were not so there were extra bolts and washers not listed in the kit, but they were pretty easy to figure out. They need better up close pics of what bolts go where and where the washers need to go. ... show more
